Great ride Vinnie. That Interceptor is so loud 😂 Alas where I am, that queue of traffic is pretty much a daily occurrence at peak times and one of the reasons I took up riding. There's a bridge not far from me which they're doing major maintenance on because it handles around 60,000 vehicle journeys a day. It would drive you nuts!
G'day Vinnie, glad to see your ridding the right bike on this ride , it's always a fun ride and plenty of supreme thrills, l ike to open my RE up now and then and it just loves it, all British rally coming up this weekend in Victoria Australia and it's going to be great if last year's numbers are the same 2000 + motorcycle,s of all ages, epic event, any way good to see you again, say high to the old man, cheers mate, Neil 🤠.

If you think it's bad now, you should have tried the Kaimai's back in the day when it was mostly gravel road! Talk about a crawl. Took hours to get from Cambridge to the beach at the Mount with a bunch of kids in the back of an old mini. Most cars had to stop at the summit just to top up the radiator with water - lol.
and remember the cafe at the top of the kaimais you needed to stop for a piss and a feed before the next journey 1 1/2 hours to the tron from tauranga 3 hours total if your lucky not to break down. We were lucky in the morris minor van never broke down. The cafe had the classic menu baked beans on toast cream corn on toast bacon and eggs tea or coffee 😀

I think you may have forgotten how to have fun mate. I have a blast of a time on any bike from a 50cc scooter to 200hp litre bikes. They all have a different kind of charm. These 650 enfields are bloody awesome fun especially when you chuck a set of loud pipes on them and ride them to the absolute limit. I owned a Triumph Daytona 675 for a while which I absolutely loved but at the same time I could never ride to its full potential on the road. You also gotta realise that if i was the type of guy who sat on any bike that wasnt considered fast to just moan about how bland and boring it was I dont think I wouldve even got to 100 subscribers let alone over 5 and a half thousand. People watch me for the exact reason that I lose my shit riding any bike because theyre all awesome fun and thats just how I roll. @RoadBlastMedia " chuck a set of loud pipes on them" right there sums you up! not an st2, they'd never reach 150mph, it's the 8v 916 slightly detuned for touring. my whole point is that lots of reviews operate the 650 Int because its cheap, is rather see newbies getting a smaller A2 to pass they're test and then move on to a decent bike that would be cheaper in the long run.
