It's never about how to combo your lucian abilities, it's all about how you could react with flash and cleanse to enemy engages and put them in a bad position, also how to use your range side step to max your dmg. I have seen so many lucian just did a very smooth combo and dies.

Many do not combo properly even in diamond people mess up his basic mechanics.
It's very difficult to play Lucian but has got much higher ceilings compared to other adcs
