Heyyyy Traicie! I note a lot of carpet fibers came up as well. Do you worry that your carpet will need to be replaced sooner than later. I had a Rainbow and because I couldn't find a replacement water basin for an old model I bought a Bissell which I've been using for 15 years or so. The carpet I was using it on had a tight loom (sp?) so losing fibers wasn't a problem for me, however in comparison with the Rainbow, AIRFLOW was its savings grace because I could vacuum with another model and then use my Rainbow and still get dirt. (You know your carpet is clean because Rainbow uses a water basin). Didn't mean to be long-winded....Just wondering does a Bissill on your particular carpet put you back in the carpet-buying market before it's time???
