The perforated drain idea is absolutely brilliant. It is exactly what you need to divert the water from coming towards the patio and the house. Easy to install and very durable. Good choice.
Patio's coming along nicely! 😃👍🏻👍🏻👊🏻👊🏻 .... I'm sure that once All of the drainage is done, Y'all will see a huge improvement/less saturation on the property.
I hope your bachelorette party went well...... no, to bland..... I hope it was awesome!!!! Your patio/shingle is going great and french drains are definitely the way to go! Just a suggestion, see if Kubota does a JCB style rear attachment for your tractor. I know Ford used to do one and it was awesome! Yes it don't have the same power as the originals as it's an add-on, but that's a good think. Think what would happen if you had ALL that power on a tractor a 3rd of the size?!?!?!??!? I can tell you now that you would be able to sell the resulting carnage for $250 😂🤣😂🤣😂 More seriously, yes the buckets and reach would be smaller, but you can also easily did a hole that would fit your tractor and that's without digging fancy ramps. It would have also tackled your giant stump, but that would have been with the ramps. They can basically do the majority of the work a mini digger can do, with the right package they can easily keep up with the mini digger, they just have a larger footprint to contend with. Also, see if Kubota would be willing to sponsor you, I know of a couple of TH-camrs sponsored by them already and the would work really well with your channel. Keep up tge good work and stay safe 👍👍👍👍👍
@@Woodbrew No worries. I've lived near a half century in this neck of the woods (I'm East and South of you in N FL) so I have, uh, experienced the effects of water. It can get spendy. Upside for you guys is the culvert will make getting the long truck + long trailer in and out of the property less of a wild ride!
+1 Been a sub for a while, but...this was already a tough watch, sans the title. Four minute talking head at the front (should have been separate video) and another 4 min talking head at end. I get it: scheduled uploads + bad weather don't mix, but I'd rather them scramble together another backpack video or a sketchup tutorial or....something besides 4 scoops of gravel in 15min.
TH-cam is recommending shocking headlines, and Thea in photo is supposed to an emotional one of shock and surprise. If you look at other channels, you will see the same thing.
Still waiting for those thousands of $ to wash away. Since you last video of him napping on for a good chunk of the video about a saw, and this heading on this video Im unsubscribing. Good luck with you ventures.
@@cdfly1 if you look at other channels, this is a TH-cam thing. They are wanting shocking headlines and the photos to be emotional shocking expressions. It’s not just them.

Little lady, please don't stand so close when around that tractor. Our neighbor down the street was trying to guide her husband and something went wrong pinning her between the tractor and a building. She didn't survive, accidents happen. Be careful always.
Filter fabric. You called landscape fabric. Should have at least 12 inches to 18 inches of overlap. Also if you went to a landscape supply store instead of home Depot. It would come in at 12 ft wide roll.

Thanks Michel! It's working really well so far
Looks like I'll be making a hammock stand this weekend. The Guide will make it easy for me to follow along from the garage.
Thank Mike! Can't wait to see how it turns out:) DM us within the guide if you need any help!
Just got mine! This is so cool - can't wait to build the hammock stand this week. Thank you!

Well done guys ye keep going from strength to strength
When Dylan ran into the fence with the backhoe I die 🤣
Lol same
after reviewing the vid in super slo -mo. I can testify that fence jumped into your path, it hit the tractor, you didn't hit the fence.
I agree.
10:09 that wasnt very safe moment.
What gravel type is that?
Bigger rock is #57 Limestone White and the smaller is #89 Bahamian White
👍👍👍🤗🤗🤗nicely done!!!
Thanks Bob!
You should think about installing a rain garden. Instead of letting that water run into the covert.

A culvert for the drive, huh?
Lol. Yes. We received a 12 year high of rainfall last week, and it changed my mind on many water related issues.

Nothing washed away, much less THOUSANDS of dollars. Not cool.
