I totally respect playing on easy. There are plenty of bonkers people who devise ever more difficult ways to play the game but I feel it kind of kills the story immersion which is really the point of an rpg. I know the type from the tabletop who have zero interest in my campaign but lots of interest in devising lists of class abilities and magic items to completely break combat in the game.
I always play on easy for my first playthrough, then if I feel it’s gettin too easy I’ll switch! I can’t imagine intentionally making the game harder. I’m already gettin whooped 😭😭
