It's hard to argue that we are alone in our galaxy when you realize each of those stars has possible solar systems of their own. But alone in the universe is almost not plausible.

Earth is being balanced because of the gravity. Not sure if you know about the space time concept. Our solar system have 9 planets which all revolve sun. Sun with a whole body of mass atom bends the space time thus, all planets including earth revolve around sun with the greater gravitational pull in the space time.

When looking at the Earth, this globe in space, I reminded such a fragile place. The eco system, the creatures on land and sea. Each land surface unique. The trees and flora speak. Take care of us as we take care of you.
Given that there are solar systems with habitable zone planets in our galaxy, there must be similar life like ours in other galaxies. There will be brothers and sisters. Maybe they have some interesting feature differences.
