Quite a good house, though it has its own limitations; bathroom tiling colours is shouting and the rooms have poor natural lighting.
We will improve that in our next assignment
The exterior of this home is exquisite! Nice size home but, ground floor is beautiful. Two negative issues with this home is the amount of wall tile in the bathrooms...too much, the floor tiles in the upstairs also date the house, for me it would have been great if they had kept the theme of wood-like tile that is on the groundfloor throughout the entire house

One of the "sad" things about Kenyans homes is the amount of security invested in the window grills and doors to keep off potential thieves. Huko majuu they don't even put fences around their compound,, windows have no grills, wooden entrance doors etc

The house is very nice and has potential however the bathrooms take away from the overall design.
I see a lot of space wasted in the bathroom designs. Any buyer will have to redesign the baths, so subtract $100,000 for bathroom reconstruction. Aside from that, fabulous tour!

Watching this for the 3rd time and the guest toilet (powder room) would have been a great space to put the laundry washer, where an "unlikely to be used shower" is currently.

The bathrooms without cubicles to protect spilling water is a minus, the bedrooms without dressers is another minus. Some floor tiles are very poor. A shower in the lower floor common bathroom is a minus. The outside is a big plus. 22m is far too much for this house
