This is her fatal flaw. She genuinely believes she’s smarter and more witty than everyone else. So she comes up with these “zingers” and adds dramatic pauses and deep breaths. It’s really just horrible acting lol
Simply put, her PR team was looking for way to say, "Johnny's an actor too," without sounding stupid...and after a late night, coke fueled brainstorming session, they came up with this gem.
I believe that's how all this got started. Johnny was done with the marriage. The mean girls on Adderall and liquor thought this up to extort him for the new way of life they had come to expect from him. Mean girls 2.0 . They fully expected him to fold to their demands.
The only reason it took this long to go to court was covid and her lawyers postponing.

From the whole trial, that was my take of everything she said. She though she was the smartest, most talented person in the room. No matter what is asked of her, she will have an explanation. I had an Uncle with BPD, she reminds me of him.
My ex was just like her and nearly every behavior including violence, watching her act the same as my ex it’s just mind blowing for me, this is why I could never get her into therapy, because she would try to manipulate everybody all the time, and the one time I get to speak to the therapist so she’s not fooled, she flies off the handle in the first session and refuses to go back because the therapist called her out for trying to manipulate her, see what happens with these people when you call them out for things, they get violent
I got to hand it to her though, she is brilliant at being everything a narcissist is and more. Johnny Depp's character in "Edward Scissorhands* was incredibly sensitive and completely endearing. Conveying so much deep emotion in a non verbal character would be challenging. If Amber Heard even actually watched the movie (which is doubtful), she just wouldn't get it.
Bro that is an excellent point. When they frame him and he gets arrested (Edward scissorhands) I cry everytime because of his facial expressions.
This is off topic from the actual video and as much as I love Edward Scissorhands and Depp's performance I feel his performance in 'What's Eating Gilbert Grape' was, while similar in tone due to limited dialogue, so much more powerful. Completely different movies, both amazing in their own right, but I connected more with his performance in Gilbert Grape when it came to deep emotion. Love the sad whimsy in Edward Scissorhands though, a classic movie where he really conveyed so much while saying and doing so little.

Because an actor played a fantasy role 32 years ago, the lawyer that represents the actor currently in a defamation case, lacks validity in her legal statements about Amber Heard’s credibility? How does a fantasy movie role 32 years ago diminish the statements of an attorney representing the actor today regarding his ex wife’s credibility? If she is this comfortable saying such nonsensical comments that confuse and distract from the conversation at hand, she probably does it intentionally as a communication tactic. She probably has been doing it to him for a while. Creating confusion and doubt, a jumble of thoughts to untangle. I hope it exposes people who attempt to hide behind word tricks.
