No it's still nasal shit. But you don't hear that because the production altogether is wack. And no Avalon gear can change that. Those changing RGB lights says it all.
@@Madrrrrrrrrrrr it's all gotta do with the analog equipment. It really makes a difference. Clipping and saturation levels aren't as near as an issue as digital.

You can have a great home studio for like 2000. Just save some money! There are no real shortcuts! unless you have access to a studio like this in which case they already have killer microphones.
@@DeezSports fr the well treated environment really makes the tone of the mic the best it can be and the engineer can mix the vocals for the best results

@@TrumanProductions Your actually incorrect.. The thing thats making the biggest difference is actually that perfectly treated room lol.. The room makes more difference than gear... Try out a $150 At2020 microphone in a treated room vs a $3500 U87 mic in an untreated bedroom... The cheap mic in the treated room will win...
@@markhanebuthsanchez a bit late but try to get a good signal/noise ratio, treat your room or if you cant get a properly treated room try to get something like carpet or thick blankets arround you and the mic to atleast treat the first reflection points and reduce reflections and general, if you have room nodes, try to move to another room and record close to a corner, not in the corner but almost in it, that way you reduce reflections
Usually the older stuff, the newer SM58s don’t have an on/off, tho I think you can get one with the switch, also the Beta 58, has no on off. Not sure with akg, because usually shure is the top performer for stage mics.

The magic a sound engineer can do is unparalleled.
The Engineers side of the music is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be... unnatural.
