The price of the studio doesn't really matter when you're just producing a beat...especially if you re using the same DAW or similar type of software. But if you're recording, it will make a big difference. You're going to get better sound quality in a professional recording studio for sure.
But if you guys did this challenge WITHOUT using a DAW like FL or Logic and kept it analog..then the studio with better equipment..i.e.the more expensive studio..would probably have the better result.
