I was healing RFK, I didn't know anyone but the tank and 2 dps were in the same guild. They were pretty toxic... insulting me and the other random dps, pulling too much, not tanking and focus firing, wasting time etc etc. They properly starting having a go at me, telling me I was shit, calling me retarded etc, etc. So I pulled out my trump card, after insulting one of them I immediately instigated a vote kick against the tank, with reason "Crappy Healer" 0.1 secs later the tank has been kicked from the group..... I got kicked a few seconds later, but I had a smile on my face the rest of the day. :D
Sounds like the type of headache I've had for about 12 years now. If it's the same thing, then it's called Cluster headache. It can be extremely painful at times, and is dubbed "Suicide Headache" by some, as it can drive some people with a severe version of it to contemplate suicide over living with it. I get the headache roughly twice every day, and each time, it makes me stop everything that I'm doing. I can't move, talk or think whenever it occurs, I can only focus on the pain and try to relieve it. It lasts in my case roughly 10-15 minutes, which is not the worst case of it, as they have been said to last up to 3 hours.
Hi preach, sounds like you are suffering from the same thing one of my old colleagues did. I don’t know what it’s called in English, but directly translated from my language it would be “Horton’s headache”. He described it exactly like you do as a needle behind the eye.

Sorry but what did they do to the legion mage??? I didn't play it a lot but was seriously considering going back to it now if I do pick up BFA again, because I DID do all the mage tower challenges with all mage specs despite it being a completely fresh character at the time and really enjoyed it.
I took 2 weeks off work for BFA launch. The raiding guild I joined pre BFA launch invited me as a warrior DPS and we were chatting and doing mythic 0s together until the last half of my second week the raid leader told me they have no room for melee and only want ranged. So I spent the last 3-4 days of my holiday leveling my hunter back up and it just absolutely crushed me and made me realise I wasted so much time rep farming and AP farming doing world quest clears every day :(
I have to add that I think its also your occipital nerve. Your occipital nerve branches out from the base of your neck into different area's of your brain. If your nerve is compressed at all from the muscles in your neck (which could be tight from sitting at the computer for long periods of time or because you slept wrong on your neck) it can effect all kinds of neurological area's. Preach, you might have trigeminal neuralgia. I have it, and in my case it's completely controlled by gabapentin. Other possibilities could be ice pick headaches or cluster headaches. Glad you are seeing a doctor to figure it out.

They ruin the game for people. Something similar happened to me during wrath when I was more of a hardcore raider. I have not raided seriously since. This is why I am not playing wow classic because it forces you to talk to people like this. Put in effort for them to be unfair to you. I am glad retail for the most part is a single player experience.
Seriousy he should get to a doctor within a couple of days. My dad had something similar, sharp stabbing pain in the back of his eye every now and then. He held off going to the doctor until his vision became blurry and he now has partial blindness. It was glaucoma and would have been easily treatable with drops, meds, or eye surgery
Preach please consider seeing a doctor imediately, sharp pain, that wakes you up in the night, is generally not somethign you should wait for 10 days to see a doctor. pls write me pm if you have questions as im currently studying medicine

The guild seemed to be fed up with him, and only keep him around because he's able and willing to fill vital roles and do a good job at it.... Healer privilege's is strong. I know, I was one. I could say the most out of pocket shit, and regularly abused it. I was fucking 15 years old, from a broken abusive house hold who thought it was normal. I hope author is not a kid with that out of pocket line.
