My baby is 2 years and 5 months old. He doesn't eat vegetables properly so I always make vegetables and all beans paratha. I give these parathas with chutney or ketchup. And he loves this 😊 . Best way to give everything to your toddler's is make paratha of vegetables or beans or sprouts or pulses and give them.
Hi..delicious recipe...can u let me know the brand of the iron tawa that you are using and whether u have purchased it online, if yes then from which site.. Thanks
Hey lovely receipe and thanks so for sharing the tip for refrigeration. I didn't know this. It will be great if you can share more tips for recipes which can be refrigerated and cooked later. I wanted this for my husband, so that he can just cook things easily without much hassle and also get to eat fresh cooked food.
Hi Shyamali!!This is an awesome recipe i will definitely try it...My husband don't like rajma..but i always think that how will i make him eat rajma...now i think that i hv got an option to do that..thanks for giving the recipe...
Hi Shyamali. Its a great alternative contrary to the concept of Parathas with fillings. I loved the recipe except for the kidney-beans part (I haven't been able to develop a taste for them yet)! So could you suggest me another alternative keeping in mind that I actually enjoy my parathas made in mustard oil.
Hi Bidesh! Thank you! you can substitute any lentil of your choice, use this recipe as a guide! yup, for Mithi I fry Parathas with ghee, but for us, specially for me, with mustard oil, I love the pungent flavour... happy cooking :)
