Fantastic insight into your Badminton experience. You certainly were better prepared this time thanks to two fabulously experienced riders in Lucinda and Ginny. So, so very happy for you and your aim now is to better that effort. For now, you still have other horses to go eventing on and we still are waiting for Bear to get a wriggle on and have her
little one. Lot's to look forward to.

You and Jam are such a dreamteam! You rode her so well and she tried her absolute hardest. The cross country round especially looked so so good, but the dressage and showjumping were epic too. All the preparation definitely paid off! Can't wait to see you back there😍
Wam bam Jam 🥳 Was really interesting to have a commentary of your Badminton performance. Some of those cross country fences looked huge as well as tricky. You did such a fab job Meg - you looked determined & very brave. Lucinda's comments go to show what a fantastic job you did. Your preparation with Lucinda and others certainly paid off. Make sure you continue with this and keep riding forward. You and others make it look all so easy but it can be scary, if we let it, to be riding such powerful animals. Let’s face it, we can’t control everything they do. I am looking forward to seeing you competing more and applying what you have learnt. I bet course walking for you from now on will be more detail orientated. Great job girls. PS, I wish I had had a mum like hobbit. How did she get that nickname?
Ah wonderful! It's so lucky to have Lucinda there to give feedback as well as the prior coaching. You should be super proud of your achievement and feel confident getting Jam qualified for the 100 next year, she's got the scope to do it.
As for more content I would love to see you guys tackle getting the girls out together and training them to be more relaxed at shows. My boy was very naughty at shows when our mare was out of sight, he would scream the showground down and turn in circles constantly unless he was in the ring. Maybe hook up with a behavioural therapist for tips on how to settle them? I'm sure other people would find that really educational, we can't be the only people with horses that have separation anxiety at shows.

You and Jammy xc was really amazing to watch. So much go, go, go or as Ginny rightly put it - wheeee! I'd love to see more of Dee (but then I always love to see more of Dee, no matter how much there already is) and maybe Winnie, Ari and Bryni.

I absolutely adore Lucinda’s no-nonsense tough love. Such a knowledgeable and experienced woman, she is doing wonders for you. I would love to see her help you bring Ari on, once he’s back in work, especially as you say he is a little tricky.
Still am in awe at how great you two did! 💗 Would also love to see updates on the youngsters! 🥰 (Especially Ari and his training.) Daily routine videos are also fun to watch, though hopefully you can have someone help you film it!
But I’ll be watching regardless. ☺️ Congrats again for your success at Badminton!
I don't have horses, but I do have dogs and have done everything possible with them as far as trialing and showing.
Remember that JOY, and be thankful you have it on video.

Jam is an amazing pony! But credit to you Meg. Without your dedication with producing her and even when things didn’t go straight forward you tried a different line of training you have produced Jam into the wonderful all round pony that she is!!! Yes I’m slightly biased as Jam is my all time favourite of yours.
Loved watching these with the voiceovers! Jammy was so phenomenal, I love how competitive she is, she truly is thriving in that environment!
I would have loved to see Lucindas heels during your dressage test. I bet she rode every step with you.

Can't believe how emotional I got at the end of the dressage commentary by Lucinda. There is noting better than the honest praise of a mentor you have so much respect for. You earned her praise. One thing I have always noticed about you from the very start of watching your vlogs is that you are obviously highly intelligent and that ability to think and remember so many little details really helps you. There is so much too remember at every point in every phase. Would love to see Ari and Winnie as they are progressing.
Would love to see any training vlogs lessons etc especially anything with Lucinda. 😀

I just want you to know Meg that meeting you at badminton was utterly amazing and I can’t wait for your next meet and greet! I also wanted to say that you and Jam were flying around that course! It must have felt so scary going around that cross-country but by watching everyone of your vlogs we knew you would do amazing! Ettie is the most adorable addition to the Elphick family (so far ;) ) and I can’t wait for bear to have her foal!! I think its going to be a chestnut or a dun but to be honest I have no clue and I’m so bad at guessing these kinds of things… anyways, thank you so much for spending your time editing these videos just for our pleasure (and maybe some money too 😂) because they are amazing to watch!!! 💕💕💕

Think you and jam were so amazing and worked together really well in dressage, show jumping round, x country course. I hope you both get the opportunity to go back to badminton again in 2023 and I hope you both have some more fantastic results from any more events that you may have in mind of going to for the rest of the eventing season of 2022.
I would like to see the youngsters being trained. Aren’t they 4 years old now? Are you going to breed Millie this year? Or Bear? It would be nice to see another sales video. Did your kitchen get done while you were at Badminton? Your Badminton vlogs were epic!

Huge BravO ,Jammy from a baby to now, is an extraordinary jump, you have done an incredible job with her, maybe do another year with her and Dee at Badminton 90 and fully enjoy yourself and then the next yr at 100.. this level of eventing is still full of love and kindness it's always rather shocking the jump UP to Badminton 5 star, so many horses suffered this year.. at your level, there is still the space and room for simple pleasures.. although Jammy can easily move to 100 stay within what is enjoyable.. So kind of Lucinda to back you and to have been with you and she is certainly your ticket to moving forward and up, her training really makes the difference bravO so enjoyed your preparation so enjoy your hard work and sharing and all 4 of you girls Lucy Tina Emily and you are very special women you do so much for the coming generations with your good horse sense and generous spirits and humour and honest love for the horses and your Mum is a super star 💜

Lucinda and your mum were very helpful for me watching your dressage that was really good and made me appreciate how good you did on your dressage ( I'm only a beginner on horse riding, so don't know a lot about dressage). I love your voiceovers and you and Jam are such a team! Well done on such a fantastic cross country , especially on the bridge. I also just wanted to tell you that I am doing a DT project at school and I am doing the design based on you and Jam doing Badminton, as you are such an inspiration!

I wonder if it would be possible to have a little insight into what the horses week of work looks like especially the ones who are eventing? I know it may be difficult if trainers aren’t keen to be videod, but really enjoy hearing and seeing your lessons. 🦄

All that dedicated prep paid off, I think, plus such natural talent for Jam and you too. My only crit would be to agree with you and see you relax a little more, but I think that will come for you as you go forward. Getting around X-country after the Bear fall, and doing so well, should set you up well confidence-wise -- it should, just try to remind yourself every time you start another 3-day that you've placed at Badminton, so you don't have to prove anything, and maybe you'll be able to enjoy yourself a little more in future. I have to say after re-watching Jam's dressage. etc., that Jam has a great power house in her butt. Her tracking in the dressage was excellent -- and while I know you've done tonnes of work to get her there, I think there is also a natural talent there too. Does this make sense? Having Lucinda along to support and focus in on areas to work on was brilliant -- you all made a great team. So happy for you. Hmmm, what next ... I think working toward taking Jam back to Badminton 100 and Dee to the 90 there are good to work towards. And, I want to lots of those foals together/apart, anything foal, really, especially once Bear's baby arrives too. I've been enjoying seeing the little shorts you've posted of Millie's baby, but I want more and longer too. Thanks for taking us along and once again, congrats.
