    Very timely! This morning we had an issue on email. Every user was having trouble loggining their outlook. Some of them had successfully accessed their email after advising them to sign out-sign in. Some were advised to log ticket.

      Yep, I've seen that before. That usually is related to email exchange server issues. Maybe they were updating something which forced users to re-login. Thanks for sharing that. 👍

    Thank you! I got my cert (Comptia Secuity +) but I am haven't found a job and I don't want phones but would love to get hired working chat. What should I look for as far as a job title? Trying to find something before it expires in 2025. This video was very helpful.

      There are probably help desk jobs out there that do chat only. I think HP and Dell use chat support.

    hi, your video is quite useful but can you make a video on about new starters ,and giving new user id as well access to email and how to know on which domain we have to make the id on ,gmail or 0365 or just making a account on ad will give access ?

    Does the outlook and Windows PC user login uses the same password? For example I change my pc login password, So my password on my Outlook will be the same as Windows right?

    I have activated MFA on an office 365 account and since then, I can't connect on this account with Outlook client, it is always the server exchange connection problem. I even deleted the current profile to create another one, but it didn't always work.
    I have done several resolution tests as well as yours but I still have the same problem.
    I even uninstalled Office and then reinstalled it but when I want to add the outlook account again, there is always the server connection problem that appears. I don't know what to do anymore. Do you have any other solution for me? After applying the MFA, all other applications work except outlook desktop client.
    I have this same problem since I activated the mfa, outlook client does not work anymore

    When you just have to reset a users password, there is no need to take control over a users computer using an RDS?

      Correct. With new password it should just work. Might need to log off and log back in to Computer.

      Yes, but in case of Outlook it should not be asking for password to begin with. When you change computer password Outlook is updated automatically (if you do it on the PC).

      @@muhammadzaheen526 Keyboard layout is for changing to another language. If you are happy with layout just select to use it.

    Did you provide him with the password that you changed? Via email ?

      I don't remember what I did in this video but you can provide the new password verbally over the phone or IM. Password is temporary so either way is fine. User will be prompted to change right away.

      @@magdalenadrzumska9263 Correct. This will force them to change temporary password right away. It's a good practice to insure new password replicates on the computer and software that use domain login.

      You would just tell them what the temporary password is.

    I am vpn user and i was not connected with my vpn and someone is changed my password and now i am locked out on my laptop screen what should i do ?

      Your password expired is probably what happened. I'm assuming you have company laptop. If it's a personal laptop then you got a virus or something else. If you use a Microsoft account to login then you can reset it by contacting them.
