Hi Ovela, that monument you see is called Quezon Memorial Circle. It’s in the middle of elliptical road. And another trivia, that tall monument you see is actually the mausoleum of Manuel L. Quezon, the 2nd president of the Philippines. His remains are still there upto today. 😊
