I hate tickets as much as you but your logic is flawed. He doesn't have to ticket the fastest driver. You totally have grounds if you weren't speeding. But that is not selective enforcement
@@thejohnbeck It is selective. I honestly don't know how fast that I was going. I don't drive fast though, which is why the other cars passed me. If you are at a park and your city has a leash law and there are 20 people in the park with dogs off leash, and yet the police are only ticketing the black people with dogs off leash, it's selective enforcement. What sets the cop off could be long hair, unkept clothing, foreign accents, driving a motorcycle, or just looking like the guy that used to pick on him in high school. It's still selective enforcement.
@@JohnDoe-jq1br yeah if they consistently only target a certain group that is selective. My bad I didn't catch onto that before.
Great Catch Great Post
Y'all got a slam dunk case here, get their asses!
especially the city attorney
Rock on DUDE!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸💫💫💫
I hope that Institute for Justice prevails in court and wins a large settlement for You!
It's inexcusable to restrict you from exercising FREE SPEECH. I had a neighbor complain about my Trump sign in 2020, fortunately my little suburban city of San Antonio told my neighbor that I had the right to put up a sign.
Yea!
Good luck!
I'm from the UK, never been a fan of Trump, however, I respect your choice and your rights! 👍💕🇬🇧

I hope you are sharing the story you just watched with everyone in your demographic since there are so many in your demographics they claim that cops are all angels. A lot of your fellow peeps are delusional and I’d like to see you make an effort to wake them up since you can at least see the injustice here in this video.
Go get them all.... congrats on your victory!!!
Very well explained. I appreciate the kind consideration by Mr. William Fambrough and the Institute for Justice their side of the story. It "appears" to contrast very well against the "Top Brass's" tough response; with demonstrated reasonable efforts to resolve. I would think and agree this approach clearly helps your case to receive the consideration and justice deserved. The police should review their consititional requirement to protect and serve the people. Recommend next time, bring a friendly Golden Labrador out to greet and lick the police and tow truck driver. Challenge their ability to be reasonable with continuing kindness and consideration.
...they steal, kill and destroy men who stand in image just like them...they shoot dogs!!! No one's dog is safe around them... don't put any dog in danger!!! AMEN!!! There is history and lies surrounding the killing of dogs in this city...
Go get em IJ! This guy should hit the lawsuit lotto and the state AG should be filing charges against several cops and the mayor!
It's almost nostalgic to see the town openly violate the constitution, and act like they're entitled to do so. They will hopefully learn a valuable lesson. Unfortunately, it won't directly hurt those responsible.
The whiteness of the offenders is glaring.
Wow this is crazy
The law enforcement officers involved should be fired and sent to prison for no less than thirty years each if not longer. The department chief fired, his pension confiscated.
RICO the lot and imprison them for decades in a Federal Pen.

East Cleveland Mayor Brandon King is a Democrat. Not the first time someone with a D by their name has used the force of government to go after a political opponent.
But regardless of one's political affiliation, this is an outrage, and should be condemned.
Why don’t you give a few examples and years these Democrats who “used the force of government to go after a political opponent” committed this alleged corruption?
Funny that the first 100 articles that come up when Googling “abuse of office against political opponents in the US”, the Orange Grimace dominates the by-line. But, “Democrats”. 🤡🤡🤡
My experience is when these smaller communities pull this kind of a stunt it’s because they don’t want anyone new to get in and see the books because the books are cooked.
Unfortunately the Supreme Court recently set precedent in a similar case where a man was arrested for heckling police, they ruled that somehow obvious selective enforcement even when the cops say they’re doing it isn’t a violation somehow
Jeezus. That's disturbing
I went through something like this when I was in a sorority and severly hazed. They would bring out random bylaws that were selectively enforced and stack them against me. I would have to defend myself in a tribunal against the very people who were hazing me.
Dirty, despicable, corrupt cops in America? Say it ain’t so: ah he he he…
I don't understand why adults with a job allow a boss to make them a minion. It seems like they would show some pride in wearing the uniform 🤔 Tow truck drivers are always ready to pounce, of course.
Because the nature of a human is to try to control others, that's the same reason why power corrupts. It's sad
Abuse of authority is what this is. I hope this guy wins his suit against the mayor .
