This party pleasing okro stew will have you asking more. Pair this with some good soft banku and your world is complete because banku and okro to me is everything!

✅ Okro
✅Spinach
✅Assorted Meat(Goat meat, cow skin, cow tripe, cow leg)
✅Crab
✅King Prawns
✅Assorted Mushrooms
✅ Snails
✅ Smoked Mackerel
✅ 2 Tbsp shrimp powder
✅ 500g Minced beef
✅ Vegetable seasoning
✅ Powdered Black pepper
✅ Stock cube
✅ Cloves(P3pr3)
✅ Black pepper corns(Esoro wisa)
✅ Anise seed(nketenkete)
✅ 4 Medium Sized white onion bulbs
✅ 2 Medium sized red onion bulbs
✅ 4 Medium sized tomatoes
✅ 4 Thumb size ginger
✅ 1 Large pointed peppers(Tatashe)
✅ Palm oil
✅ Salted to taste
✅ Salted fish(momone)
