    I filmed eating out for three days last week and losing weight again.
    Even if you don't eat too much or starve after the trip, the swelling goes down in a day or two.
    I'm not that stressed.
    Eating too much and eating stimulating food is not my daily routine, but something special.
    When I get back to my usual eating habits, my body comes back!
    I don't limit my food, so I don't eat too much when I eat out
    So even if you don't control the food, the swelling goes away easily

    If you indulge or overeat on something, don't worry, you won't gain weight, it's just temporary bloat and water weight. Just back to your normal routine and you will be fine 😉

    Small tip in doing the squat: make sure to steady your knee when going up and down, doing a perpendicular line to the floor. That's all~ keep up the good work!

    Your squat position is good especially for a beginner! The only thing I would say is try adding some weight, it can be a small dumbbell, but unless you add more resistance, your muscles won’t grow!

    효쀼니님 영상으로 감량에 도전한 사람입니다!! 2월부터 지금까지 60에서 지금 44까지 감량성공했는데 이제 더 이상 빼고싶지 않은데 다이어트 강박증이란게 생겨버린걸까요,,,,음식을 입에 넣기도 싫고 식욕도 없는데 어떻게해야 건강하게 다시 돌아갈 수 있을까요,,,?

      저도 계속 빠지는 몸무게를 유지하고 싶은 마음에 강박이 생겼었어요
      그래서 41kg까지 빠졌던거구요.. ㅠ 그때는 몰랐는데 살을 찌우고 나니까
      체중이 늘어나는게 무섭고 41kg를 유지하고 싶은 정신적인 문제 때문에 음식이 안들어가고 점점 양을 줄였던거였어요...
      식욕이 없고 음식이 먹기 싫어서 제한을 하기 시작하면 점점 몸에 나쁜 신호가 올거고 어느순간 폭식으로 이어지더라구요
      저는 그 당시에는 몰랐지만 은솔님은 다행히 인지하셨으니 증상이 나타나기전에 힘들더라도 양을 늘리는 연습을 하면 극복할수 있을거라고 생각합니다 ! 항상 건강하시길 바래요..💪🏻

      what u can do is u can start a diet to lose like 10kg that’s what u did. After that u can start eating healthy and with 4 meals like healthy pancakes at breakfast, omelet with rice at lunch, fruit or nuts at snacks and an oatmeal at dinner. Or whatever u want but healthier !!

    Weight loss is about eating balanced diet and stay active. Thats how i trim off my big mummy belly.
    Not go for stupid diet and harsh workout then lay down entire day
    I always believe workout should be fun and happy thats why i ditch away the traditional boring workout 😀

      Because i find workout i like to do and happy to see the results exercise can give it to me

      저는 다이어트전에 굉장히 불규칙한 생활을 했고 항상 과식을 했었어요😭😭😭
      그래서 식습관을 먼저 고치는게 우선이라 식이조절을 중점으로 다이어트를 시작했는데 음식만 조절했는데도 한달차에 5~6키로 가량 빠졌어요 ! 워낙 과체중이기도 했구요 ㅎㅎ 그 후로는 야금야금 빠졌습니다..아무래도 몸무게를 목표로 다이어트를 하면 더디게 빠지면 조급해지는 마음이 생기는데 식습관을 바꾸고 건강함을 목표로 다이어트를 하면 몸무게 변화에 덜 집착하게 되더라구요 !

    Did you do sumo squats or regular squats?
    You could try crunches in spite of sit ups, keep it up

    저도 4월부터 식단조절, 홈트로 다욧해서 62에서 현재50인데 ..이제는 미친듯이 배고파 이것저젓 막 준비하고 먹어야지 하고 먹는중 . .질려버리고 30-40분 먹다
    .남은 음식.버리고 이게 뭔짓인지..
    음식아깝고 돈아깝고... 먹기전 물좀 많이 마시고 식사준비하려고 노력중이에요..건강하게 살빼고 싶어요.

    If you like a foam roller you should look at miracle balls. I started using them a few months ago for sore muscles and it helps a lot 😊

      저도 땡겨요 ! 근데 평소에도 음식 제한은 하지 않아서 폭식이 터지거나 조절이 안되거나 하지 않아요 그래서 땡기는 디저트를 간식으로 먹거나 영상처럼 저당그래놀라 같이
      최대한 건강하게 먹기도 합니다 !

      네 일주일에 한번씩 정해놓고 먹었는데 갈수록 양이 늘고 그 하루동안 다 먹으려고 폭식까지 터져서 없앴어요 ㅠㅠ

    스퀏할때 발 스텐스를 조금 좁혀서 해보시면 어떠실까싶어요!!발끝과 무릎나가는 방향을 맞추고 상체각도와 종아리각도가 평행하게 하시면 금방 느낌찾으실꺼같습니다!!

    I run in the morning 4 to 5 days a week, and my fat decreased a little but I'm losing my curves 😭like when i wear skinny jeans only my legs were smaller not mu stomach or waist.....and i look like a door💀pls tell me what to do 😭 I can't go to the gym due to lot of issues 😭

      Running exercise is important, but more importantly, stretching and massage.And about three times a week is enough💪

      When you lose weight, your fat on the hips and ass will definitely go off. But I suggest you try squats to build the muscle around the ass so you can look curvier

      If your legs are clumped and you're not used to it, the pain is severe... Slowly increase the intensity!
