Hey guys! this was my first WIEIAD video after weight loss surgery! Did you guys like seeing this? Would you like to see more like this? Let me know! 🌸
Yes, this video was very enjoyable and please make more like this one Love the Greek flavor and tone. You two are doing so great, looking really great ! Keep up the fantastic work !
Your teaching me things my doctor never told me. I had the surgery 22 years ago and have since gained all the weight back. I’ve felt so alone in this journey until your videos on this matter. Thank you so much. 🙏🥰💐
one of my friends also gained a lot of their weight back, but don't beat yourself up too much. You can re-learn the habits and lose the weight again. It took a while but my friend eventually lost the weight again. It's amazing how much our bodies can fluctuate. You got this.
I really hope you manage to find something that help you get where you want to be 💖🫶🏻 I think surgery and the information has changed a lot over the years! I wish you all the very best of health and happiness! You got this! Xxxxx
Hi Catherine! You look fantastic. My hubby got the gastric sleeve in 2014. I was curious why the doctors did not suggest I be part of the counseling groups before his surgery. It was really rough for him and I frequently took him to the ER because of dehydration. Truth be told my husband was a bit stubborn and was not a fan of water, yogurt, protein shakes etc.. LOL, all the things the doctors recommended. He is quite slim now and has maintained his weight loss throughout. He is no longer diabetic and I love that we can share meals and be satisfied.
You are looking great and it sounds like you are feeling better too, which is the most important. For the water, it’s incredibly important to stay hydrated. Not only is it good for you, but it will keep you from wanting to just gulp it down when you get some. I would suggest using a water bottle that has a straw, and keeping it with you everywhere. Take a small sip every 10-15 minutes, no matter whether or not you think you need it. You may even want to consider getting one of those backpacks that has the water attachment. It would allow you to keep the water with you at all times.
Beautiful holiday destination by the look of it 💕. Catherine, you are beautiful no matter what weight you are. The main thing is to be more comfortable in your own skin, but your subscribers adore you, you're a lovely person inside and out x
lil tip for if you're thirsty. Even if you as a person can cug water, have a sip or two and leave the third one in your mounth. Make it act like a fish bowl so to say. That will help more than drinking a ton of water since your body will also expell most of said water since you're drinking too much in a small time frame
So wonderful to see you are still on the right path, also holidaying is the hardest to stick to your plan. But it’s great to see sharing a treat as your not missing out, but not over indulging. I still eat small portions but I didn’t have bypass surgery.
HI! omg I watch you all the time, and was all into your getting married...but somehow I lost track, family, life, cancer issues! But now that I'm back, I can't seem to find your wedding video!!! where is it?? You did get married right? Sorry to if i'm being foward, just wanted to see your special day. Congrats on your surgery, you look beautiful, but you always have. Good luck kiddo! luv from Florida!
Your videos are so real it's scary to go through the pain and struggles but it's sweet to see you learn and teach us your experiences. I enjoy your videos as always c: thank you ❤️
Still as lovely as ever, but you both look healthier, if that makes sense. I’m so excited for you both and your meals looked delicious. Thank you for sharing your journey with us 💕
Catherine, you look stunning in pink! But first things first... How does your lipstick stay on during a meal!? What are you using? Or am I just a messy eater 😅
Catherine you are looking so good ! and so is Dean . . . it must be easier to prep one type of food for you to get such great results ! Not to mention the effort. Very cool video and loved the Greek places ! Aporeciate the education on the food perspective, we could all learn something about, e.g. portion size, etc. This whole journey must be tough at times, however you must be feeling way better. Thanks for these videos !
you have referred once or twice to hormonal issues you always had. Does bariatric surgery have any effect on that and has there been any improvement in the hormone area since surgery and weightloss? If you get the doctor to do hormone checks at all that is. And I wonder what was your favourite meal before surgery and what is your favourite meal now?
Thank you so much for sharing- I plan to try your breakfast meal- thank you for such a great idea- I'm kinda bored of eating the same things so this was very helpful.
It’s been incredible to watch your journey!! Health is so important and I also have granola, fruit and yogurt for breakfast. It’s simple to make and filling.
Hello so glad i found your channel good to see you doing so great. Im in San Antonio Texas im 5'2 224lbs and im having gastric bypass Friday August 5th of 2022. Im so nervous but watching you makes me feel so much better. Hugs.
Loved this vlog so much!! Also I need to try adding haloumi to my salads, they've gotten so boring recently so it'd be nice to try it for a change - thanks for the food inspo! ☺️🌞
Wow Catherine, you have always been pretty, but look at you now, you are stunning. I completely know what you mean about portion size. I am in no position to consider surgery, life is painful enough with Fibromyalgia. I wish the food industry could come up with some sort of low calorie expanding foam that briefly fills you up before you start a meal to stop you overeating. Just imagine how much money could be saved.
Hello ☺️ I admire you pushing yourself on your weight loss journey! Keep inspiring others! New buddy to help you grow on TH-cam! Let's do this together!
I was wondering if you could answer me a question that I'm not sure if its a stupid one. I see you have a goal weight listed. If you can only eat little portions surely you will just keep loosing weight? I assume you dont go have another surgery once you reach that goal? So how do you stop loosing weight. Wont you become unwell?
Your metabolism decreases and you get to a point where calories in = calories burned so no more weight loss (unless you increase your metabolism or decrease calories)

Added sugar is the enemy. Keep that in mind...
