@@jrsowash Do you have a video or know of one that is directed to STUDENTS? My students aren't on Chromebooks and aren't all Google savvy, so even though I use Google classroom, I was looking for a video that would help them understand how to collaborate on the Google Jam from THEIR perspective. Thanks!
I haven't created a video like that for students. It's a good idea. This year I did a video series on Google Classroom....I'll add Jamboard to the list!
@@jrsowash FWIW, I used a collaborative shared Jamboard yesterday and it worked great, UNTIL one of the students clicked the "Clear Frame" button. Since Jamboard doesn't have history, that was a real bummer. In future, I will definitely create a copy of the untouched Jamboard activity as backup and have "DO NOT CLEAR FRAME" be lesson one to students. Thanks again!
I teach reading virtually. I am not tech savvy at all. I need an elementary step by step instruction as to how to use Jamboard allowing my student to interact with it. Can uou send me a link for a beginner beginner instruction. P?
I love these ideas and using Jamboard, but I have one class with students (high school) who think it is cool to hit clear frame. Everyone's work disappears. Is there a way to make it a teacher control so students cannot delete everyone's work?
Not at this time. 😕 I would only recommend Jamboard for non-critical classwork because it lacks some of the admin controls available in docs and slides.
Fantastic ideas for collaborative learning in all sorts of spaces, John. Thank you!
fun ideas, the annotation ahs been my favorite to use in class during this pandemic craziness.
Checked it out, copied your templates (TY!) and will be using them this week. As a math teacher, I especially love the graph paper.
Thank you for the perfect ideas.
Awesome resources! Thank you for sharing and taking the time to walk through each of the steps!
❤️💯
Great stuff! I love your ideas. Stuff I can use right away.
Very funny and practical ideas! Thanks, John!
😀
This was really helpful. Thank you. I'll be checking out your other videos for lesson ideas for my high school English classes.
Thanks, Katrina!

This is my intro video to Jamboard: th-cam.com/video/oxeeKESo16U/w-d-xo.html
Just try it! Click buttons and see what happens!
John, I am wondering how I can access your templates? Thank you.
The links are in the video description!
Jamboard wasn’t so easy to grade with G Classroom rubric - had to open in a new tab for each student.
Interesting. I haven't tried combining Jamboard with a classroom rubric.

Hi, what email can I send you a business proposal to?
I don't do sponsored videos.
