Woke up this morning, turned on my laptop and router and all wifi networks were available! The fixes recommended that you should unplug your router for 30 seconds but obviously some routers need a lot longer than that.

Once the blinking cursor appears, type: SFC /scannow And restart then run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth command with the same process. It will repair all the windows files

For me after watching many videos, what worked for me. Was uninstalling all network drivers and restarting the laptop.
