- Jason Fox, aka Foxy, a former UK Special Forces soldier and Royal Marine Commando, best known for Channel 4’s television series SAS: Who Dares Wins, joined the Bears Men's squad for a gruelling gym session at the High Performance Centre.
The only time I've said "I reckon I'll go two plates" is at a Toby Carvery
His modesty shines! Old enough to be the father of some of those rugby lads, half their size, and probably able to take them all down by himself. Physically and mentally elite

Gotta remember Fox here is like 47 yr old, he's done great can see he's real strong and in great nick, kitted up with an heavy pack over the Beacons most would struggle and fail and at the finnish to be told right go back then that's Hard, Fox would fly it.

When he puts on the weighted vest if you pay attention closely you can see in his eyes , his like where is the ammo pouches , this man’s been through hell a true hero

Foxie can handle the explosive stuff AND full-on endurance, which the rugby guys dont need to do.
Rugby players are just chunky monsters aren't they, got to be the hardest grouo of people on the planet. A group of MMA vs a group of these guy I would pick these guys.
