The link for copper wire is for bare wire, you need the lacquered stuff or it's just a copper block.

2 - T = F * R -> Use F calculation from field generated in Boit Savart, and the magnetism from the permanent magnets. I'll leave determination of r to you
3 - As long as they are 90 degrees from each other, it is fine.
