This should be on an electric car. They make something similar for car, but its a starter/motor gear, to double axle and whheel.
One of the biggest challenges is the heat after long periods.

@@upsidediy3945 I like the idea of a bevel gear and a single motor running 90° to the wheels. That way the fan can be used to make a blown diffuser. Bevel gears aren't as inefficient as you think. Google it
