Man, the version of "Crows" from Lamezine 001 was the first original Car Seat Headrest track I ever heard and was the one which convinced me to dig into Will's work about a decade ago. Nice to see that it's still in the rotation. (Also, good gods, I feel old.)
Wow I hesitate to say this because it'll sound negative but what an improvement! This is the first live version of Bodys I've heard that feels genuinely comfortable with itself and "grounded" in a way, yes there was a certain charm to the spasming teenage nervous energy back in the day but I welcome a Car Seat Headrest with confidence and presence ! Really looking forward to any new music that'll come out of this lineup now :D
Have you heard the one they did on Jimmy Fallon? It's incredible. I wouldn't say this version is better but this definitely feels more mature in a way.
That little "no, I don't believe you!" filled me with such joy and hopefulness, I cannot describe it. This is some of the happiest I've heard them sound, and it's very contagious. Thank you, Car Seat Headrest, my life just became a tiny bit better

It's the body of his bunny fursuit and the "Trait" gas mask with LED eyes and built-in microphone. I think he wore the fursuit body on a whim and took it off after like two songs because all that fake fur was absolute murder to dance around in.
