    노른자 별도로 소독 안하나요?
    살모넬라때문인지 다른 영상들 보면 설탕 물 끓여서 노른자에 부어가며 하더라고요.

      요즘은 달걀이 대부분 냉장유통 되어서 크게 문제되지 않을 것 같아 그대로 사용했어요🥚 !
      냉장유통 되지 않는 달걀을 사용하거나 살모넬라가 걱정되는 분들은 상세글에 남겨놓은 방법처럼 70도 이상 중탕으로 살균하는 방법도 있어요 ☘️
      두 방법 다 맛에는 큰 차이가 없었어요 :)

      If you don't like raw eggs, try double boiling the yolks as per the tip in the description😀
