I bought my first books on WhatNot to flip on Amazon, some great Steven King finds. This auction style is fun, and kinda addicting! What I really like is that I can see the actual book I'm buying. I know what the condition is and I can add it to my condition notes. I can ask the seller in real time to flip through the pages to see if there's writing inside. In theory, I can take a screen shot of the WhatNot item and add it to my listing if I wanted. With WhatNot, I know I'm getting the right book; I'm getting the right edition, or a hardback instead of a paperback, which is a common frustration I run into with A2A or E2A flips. Also, I know I'll actually get that book; I'm not going to get an email from a mega bookseller saying that they cancelled my order because of whatever. Thanks for creating this video!
Thanks for sharing, Joji. Enjoyed the conversation. As another commenter stated, I, too, am enjoying the non-amazon book information & conversations. Little burned out on the Amazon Bros😊. Joji, I think you should do an experiment & see what other way(s) you can source & sell books or get some cash from the non-amazonable books? Mercari, Poshmark, Etsy, eBay, Whatnot. Would make a good video series.
Glad you enjoyed it Miss LaShay! I was hoping some people would like the non-Amazon related book content. Your idea about exploring if we can sell books on other platforms is a good idea!
I have watched resellmavens shows before stumbling across this video. She is entertaining to watch, pleasant and has a variety of books at reasonable prices. I also have bought from her. She’s a great seller.
So much fun discussing all things books and Whatnot! Thanks so much for having me Joji!
Thanks for coming on the channel and teaching us about the incredible opportunity WhatNot has to offer!
@@jojidavenport My pleasure and anytime!

So cool to see how you can monetize books in this way!

That is such an excellent point! So glad the whatnot arbitrage method is working for you!
