    I’m the italian doc dealing with covid patients. Your exercises help me a lot and the peculiarity of no-jumping and equipment-free apartment-friendly is particularly suitable for people strictly confined to home. Even if the full work out has to be fragmented in single steps in order to be bearable, the sequence is always very acceptable and captivating. Thanks a lot

    My favorite things about Maddie's videos are that she does every single exercise and she seems to feel it when she does them! Makes me feel better about struggling through it. She also comes up with a lot of variety in her videos, all of which are legitimately good exercises and not just fluff to fill the time. You are awesome Maddie!!

    While being stuck in my house during quarantine, I've been extremely sad on some days due to not being able to workout. With me being a college student forced to do all of my classwork online, I've often not had enough time in the day or the motivation to go out for a run or do some sort of workout activity that would actually help me improve rather than simply stay at the level of fitness I'm currently at. It's also been difficult to workout inside for long periods of time with the rest of my family also being present in the house. I discovered your channel recently, and I'm so grateful for these HIIT workouts that don't require any equipment while still leaving me feeling worn out and also happy! Most lifting workouts I've done haven't left me feeling satisfied with my workout until I found your channel. Thank you for all that you do!! You are very much appreciated! :)

    Day 25 tomorrow morning!!!! I still am in awe that I’ve made it this far. Never working out a day in my life to doing this challenge. I was working out before for a month prior to this challenge but nothing like what I’ve done every day this month.

    i did this and i was dying at minute 18 and had to take a break, then i just completely dropped it off at minute 23
    I'm soo determined to keep doing this everyday until i can do it all with no breaks, love this workout 😘

    I love love this low-impact style for those days I'm feeling a little sore in my joints, but still need a good sweat. Love your longer videos in general and the diversity of them. I appreciate I can do this as a middle-age woman with my 8-yr old daughter too. A million thanks.

    Great workout. I love the fact that you don't SHOUT AT ME the whole workout. Hate those shouting workouts. Could you ding a bell or somesuch at the end of each segment - sometimes I squinch my eyes shut and miss the transitions.

    Loved the full 30 min work out that is apartment friendly. I would love it even more if there was a built in warm up or cool down OR new warm up/cool down videos on the channel. I've watched the same 2 warm up videos at least a dozen times! Love what you're doing, I look forward to doing your work outs every day, thank you!

    I love that you have a variety of workouts for everyone. I have bad knees and this workout was great and still challenging. Worked up a sweat. I like your style and really wouldn't want to change a thing about your workouts........, but if you are taking any new request. Can you do some longer song workouts for both low impact and HIIT style? I LOVE your song workouts but they are short and find myself searching for another song once I'm done.... So maybe can you do a 12-20 minute compliation of songs workouts maybe sticking to one artist or similar intensity of tempo.
    You have mad energy and seeing your little dance quirks come out while working out to the song workouts inspires me to just have fun with it which helps the work outs fly by.

    Want to thank you for a wonderful video. I have been disabled by a multitude of hip and pelvis injuries and complications and have been looking for a workout video that suited my need and limitations. Most of the work outs are basically senior oriented if they are within my capabilities but your I was able to modify some of the exercises to make it work for me. Thank you I am going to try others and pass them along to friends.

    It’s really nice to see a low impact workout that still gets your heart rate up and a decent sweat. In my third trimester of pregnancy and while I definitely had to modify the crunching exercises this was the perfect level of intensity for me this morning. Thank you!

    I picked this workout because I was not in the mood to workout. Low impact, no equipment, no jumping sounded just like what I needed to push myself to do a workout.     Great Workout...my first time for your video. I'm a 69 year"young" woman; have been exercising diligently since I was 19; running, weight lifting, cycling, etc. I modify a few of the exercises due to having had back surgery last year; yet still get an awesome workout! Thank you; keep it up!

    I started with one of Maddie’s 30 minutes stretch videos and thought I was warmed up, although this 55 year old body would tell me otherwise. I did make it through first 19 minutes, but then after the plank, it just became too difficult to maneuver this middle aged body. I’ll get back to this video after I tackle the other 20 minute videos. Not giving up! I’ve got weight loss goals and you are helping me get to the 65 year old body. Thanks for the video

      @@Amy-yq7vs I actually don't mind repeats when it's a shorter time length, between 10-20 minutes. Just for longer time lengths I feel no repeats is nice since your brain doesn't have the chance to dread a particular exercise you know is coming up haha!

    This is my first high-intensity workout since my gym has closed and it had me dying haha. Been focusing more on following some yoga routines to help ease stress and decided today was the day I'd get my heart pumping! Hopefully ill be able to keep it up for the rest of this isolation.

    I used this video when first quarantine started to not let myself get (even) fatter. I was 77kg (169lb). Changed my diet and did this every other day.. First few sessions i couldnt even do 50% of the whole thing haha fast forward to today, i lost 20kg but i stopped exercising for a few months. I decided to start doing it again and here I am! hahah thank you so much for this

    Thank you sooo much, I loved all the exercises and this was my first time doing them. No repetitions make them too interesting for me I used to get bored doing the same moves while HIITing. The only super hard move for me was the last movement on the ground one I still have to make progress in that 💜💜💜thanks again

    Yes I would definitely love more 30 minute workouts! I was very pleased to find this one. Low impact is great for my osteoarthritic knees and I also loved the soundtrack. Thank you :)

    Since the closure of gyms it's been really difficult to find the space (or even the motivation) to work out. I decided to give this channel a try after seeing it in my recommended. This is the first time I'm working out after like 6 months of inactivity, I'm not kidding when I say it was a challenge (don't let the low impact fool ya)- but I got through it. I love your style of direct guidance on the workout and music to keep me going. Hopefully, I'll get back to where I used to be but I want to thank you so much for your workouts. Such a great variety!!

    I was utterly drenched in sweat, I like these longer workouts without repeating. Great to switch up the normal 15-20 minute routine I complete.

    Ok, it's day 25 and I feel like I won't even stop on day 31. Because of this workout routine I wake up every morning knowing that I MUST DO THE WORKOUT TODAY, and it feels great :)

    I have some serious cardio fitness from many years bicycle racing, and this actually made me sweat a little. Good job, Maddie. Keep the HIIT stuff coming. With all of my competitive sports canceled, I need to keep challenging myself.

    I’m on day 8 of using your workouts while I’m on a 14day quarantine. Just wanted to say that these low impact, no-jumping exercises are so helpful especially when you’re confined to a hotel room with no natural air circulation (except AC). Thanks so much!

    Thank you! This was awesome. The no repetitions really did make it go super quick even for 30 minutes. I was drowning in a pool of my own sweat at the end which is always what i want out of a workout. Sometimes I didnt know that it was one side for 45 seconds and i would do both and then have to do both again for 45 seconds so a little bit more of an explanation of those ones would be great. Fantastic though! I have literally lost about 4-5kg in the last few months doing this!

    Thank you for putting this out there! I have a torn meniscus and this works very well for me. Plus, I've been having problems sleeping on my right side with some sharp pains on my right hip and after just one day of this, I was able to sleep a lot better. I am doing the exercises at a slower pace than you so I can build up my stamina, but my expectation is to get to your speed in the next few weeks. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

    Amazing fully satiable workout satisfying the anxious and restless needs. By half way it was Cap't Crunch. The modified push up was great. The step to lunge set, second to last sequence is killer precisely because of the previous workouts.
    All the modifications exemplify there is no official way to do workouts dictated from above.
    The variations are discovered by the individual.
    By the what the body needs.
    Great and inspiring workouts. I'll remember to have these in mind
    these abs have become complacent quarantine sweet potato neglected. And deserve the treat

    absolutely loving your work outs! so easy to follow, even when i'm having a super busy day squeezing in one of the ten minute ones just to have my body do something is great, loving it!
