    I'm glad you find the idea of rotisserie cooked chicken acceptable. It saves the time for cooking, cleaning (I use Clorox solution in uncooked chicken in sink and chopping board), plus it adds that extra Pinoy touch in the Arroz Caldo in that bland and boring rotisserie chicken.

    Ito ang lunch namin today. Hndi ko pa napapanood buong video nagulat ako same tayo ng pinartner tokwa with sawsawan. Hehe.
    Sa nag sabing over sa halo... Ganun talaga para hndi dumikit at ok lang madurog may iba nga hinihimay talaga muna ang chicken. No hate just love.♥️✌️

    Bakit kaya pag naglulugaw ako kapag lumamig na nawawala yung tubig parang nagiging kanin kaya tuloy kapag pinapainit kailangan pang lagyan ng tubig at timplahin ulit??

      Hi Rhea, kadalasan ganyan ang nangyayari sa lugaw natutuyo ang sabaw, pwede siguro next time medyo bawasan mo ang bigas at malagkit para magkasya sa nilulutuan mo kung magdadagdag ka ng sabaw, sumisipsip kasi ang bigas ng sabaw. Alam mo yung kasabihang "tubong lugaw" kaya tubong lugaw it means dagdag lang ng dagdag ng sabaw at dumadami sya ulit. Hope this helps.

      Hi Maria, just make sure na medyo lubog ang bigas at malagkit sa tubig. Actually ginagawa ito para madali silang maluto. Aalisin din ang tubig na pinagbabaran bago ihalo sa niluluto. Thanks for visiting my channel. Pag me questions ka pa pls do let me. know.

      Hi Mai, hindi sya mababasag. Matagal ko na syang ginagamit more than 20 years na.Kailangan labg maingat at hwag iuumpog umpog lalo.kapag hinuhugasan na sa lababo. According sa manufacturer's brochure glass ng window ng eroplano ang hinamit sa kanya kaya talagang matibay. 😊

    I'm not a cook but I was thinking of using the already cooked rotisserie chicken which is ubiquitous at grocery stores instead of raw chicken. Is it OK ?

      You have to use the short grain arborio type rice.
      Get yourself some of that risotto rice.

      yah, minsan naglalagay din ako ng kasubha, me distinct flavor sya aside from the color. At saka minsan mahirap humanap ng real kasubha, would you believe minsan yung friend ko bumili ng kasubha sa palengke, naging orange ang ugaw nya :(

      @@TechieMomintheKitchen hindi na natural nabibili sa palengke.may kulay ng halo lalo na yung aswete medyo nangingitim na sa sobrang pagkapulang kulay ang layo sa natural na kulay na malabnaw na pagkapula.sensya na nagiging madaldal ako pagnagugutom.sarap kumain ng arroz caldo.

      Pwede naman Cindy, kaya lang mas masarap sana ang Arrozcaldo na medyo malapot, ang malagkit ang magpapalapot sa kanya :) but then again, pwede naman according to your preference
