I have an idea about the sweat mark on the sheets. I noticed he has a memory foam topper on his bed. I know that before I put a mattress pad over my memory phone I would get so sweaty on it. But now it isn't near as hot, so you might wanna do that just getting a mattress pad to put over the top of that and see if it helps 😄
My husband sweats so bad it’s ridiculous! He can be down to boxers only and still sweat like he is outside on the hottest day of summer 🤦🏽♀️ and my 5yo daughter sweats just as much ! Their clothes are so drenched when they wake up ! I usually was the covers frequently because of it

Try soaking your sheet in Vanish gold over night before washing , to take the sweat stain , I think that should take it out for you . XX
