I share some fun and practical ideas and tips that I hope will help you make the best videos to better your chances to become a CK tutor as well as to get MANY reservations once you get accepted because you will have an awesome CK Intro video ;*) I updated my video even to give you the best example possible. Of course, there are many examples online and you can just use this as a guideline. The energy is certainly on-target for this level. The props are great! However, for a beginning 5-year old student, the language in this video is too advanced. It's interesting that you have a Sign Language company. My Dad also worked with the Deaf.

I applied 3 weeks back but haven’t heard from them
Don't give up yet! Sometimes they take long. I applied almost 5 years ago and I waited months but I know that they react sooner now. What I would do after one month or two is maybe sending a reminder e-mail telling I am just sending a reminder to my application. I also did this ;)

No, not at all. You'll have a calm presence and experience. Children will recognize you as someone they already know - like a parent or loving Grandparent.
How long did it take you ?
Well, I applied almost 5 years ago and they were not as big yet. I waited for months. But now, they have grown so much and I am sure it will take only a few weeks. Just hang in there! Hope you get good news soon!
