This is great! How long does something like this last? Doesnt the whole eventually get filled up?
It get filled up but it can take 10 to 20 years before that happens depending on the number of people using it

What was the second square/oblong opening just below the toilet area for?
It is the slab, once it dried, they put it on top of the hole. It is basically the base for the toilet. It had two holes, one for the toilet seat and one for the pipe for ventilation
