Yes I should have had delayed my video to when I had the chain. It wasn't until I was filming that I realized I didn't have enough "hanging " chain to show it. Just make sure that your chain is strong enough. A wet full grown basket can get quite heavy! Thanks for watching.

This is how all traditional hanging baskets are made in Europe, the incorrect way is to shove all the petunias in the top of a planter
