I love the original version by Kings of Leon. One of my favourite songs. But when I listen to this version, I can't hear the original at all. This sounds like a brand new song. It is simply amazing.

She has an ephemeral quality to her singing in this rendition. She may not be the most technical singer we've ever heard, but she's got something deep and sensual and moving to her performance, her voice, and everything else about her. I love this song, this singer, and this rendition, and listen to it on a regular basis!

Probably one of the greatest performances on PMJ in a ceaceless torrent of outstanding performances. It's not just about the technicality of the vocal work, this one is POWERFUL and deep, and gorgeous, and rich. A fantastic song to riff off of, and a gorgeous voice, make for a deadly combination. I listen to this one at least once a week just to get those fuzzy feelings!

Could you imagine how amazing it would be if you just opened you're mouth one day and heard such heartbreakingly beautiful, joyous..and fantastic sounds and melodies come out like I'm already enjoying listening to this but to feel it in the way Adanna does when it comes firsthand would be something else entirely.

Their music is absolutely great, but youtube quality (no dynamics, max compression) is awful and with such music very present.

I got instant chills, woooo! Damn! The arrangement is superb and she is...I can't think of a word good enough to compliment that performance. Jaw-dropping? Beautiful? Effervescent! No one could have done this better. Speaking of better, I like this more than the original. Purchased and on repeat.
I adore this cover. One of my favorites, from the beautiful vocals to the perfectly timed and placed music, especially with the jazz organ for the chorus. Masterfully done.
The original sounds like something you hear during an action scene while this actually sounds like a song you hear while giving someone "the look"

I didn't give it a thumbs down but as much as I wanted to like this version, it just sounds like a bunch of yelling. I have yet to hear a good remake of this. Beyonce did a sexier version with voice effects which was different and sounded okay.
