    I'm using arctic liquid III 240mm and zotac 4070 Ti super trinity on my CH170, the cooler is really cool because you can remove the vrm fan if it's too tall

    You sir have got a Piece of art there, I saved this video to show it to the person I will be asking to make this build for me. I will be going with a Ryzen 5 7600X & a RX 7800XT for this cute portable powerhouse as older GPUs are not available easily in my region.

    Hello bro nice build planning to do a build using that case with my old 3070ti gpu but its 310mm but you managed to fit 318 so there will be no issue with mine right?

    • @ChannelGamingTech
      @ChannelGamingTech  28 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@Yakitori31 Hey ! 310mm sounds promising to me. I managed to fit my 318mm card after removing the “shroud” off, as shown in the video. I think you might just be able to squeeze your card in there without any modifications, of course you’re gonna have to try a few angles to get that thing in there. I hope you’re going to be using an SFX Power Supply or else there is no way your card is going to fit. Good luck 🙌💪

    Probably my futur case, in white, with the Deepcool Assassin 4S for CPU fan. And with the Air Panel 100 accessory to replace the glass panel cause I'm not a fan of glass panel and I prefer a good airflow.

    • @ChannelGamingTech
      @ChannelGamingTech  28 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@renanbalatbat1870 Hello ! Thank you, 313mm sound like you might have to do something about those 3 extra millimetres. After removing the shroud my gpu is just about 310mm. Removing the shroud not only made shorter in length but also make the card shorter in height, which makes it even easier to install (getting the card in the case’s frame is the hardest part) once it’s in, seating it down in the PCIe slot isn’t too bad. Good luck 👍🙌

    do i have to worry about the height of my ram hitting the cooler? also if i use a wider cooler would that also hit the ram?

    • @ChannelGamingTech
      @ChannelGamingTech  9 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@cab4465 Yes that’s something you need to be mindful about. My RAM kit is pretty low profile (specs in Disc) left ram sticks’ left edge is below the CPU Cooler’s Fan. If the RAM was any taller, it would definitely be pushed by the Cooler Fan. Also every Cooler is different, some are made taller and on an offset to make more room for taller RAM/IO

    I saw a lot of ch160 builds using bulky air cooler or 140mm fans cooler where there is no gap on the upper part of the CPU cooler. I'm wondering if it will fit a normal 25mm thickness fans on top if I'm using normal 120mm fans air cooler like this one? Planning to put thermalright phantom spirit 120 in it

    • @ChannelGamingTech
      @ChannelGamingTech  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@RAZGRIZist Hey ! So I did try installing a regular 25mm up top but the top fan was touching the clip of CPU Cooler’s fan. Maybe if you have a different CPU Cooler where the metal clips don’t stick out above the cooler itself then I’m sure it’ll easily fit without making any contact.

    • @ajjames1960
      @ajjames1960 หลายเดือนก่อน

      same thought but i think it would work base from the measurement of it, even if you dont use a slim fan but i havent tried it but since i saw the measurements i guess it would work since the bulky air cooler you are saying is quiet big than the phantom spirit especially the top part
      anyways, any update did u ever tried to experiment on it?

  • @sigmaswag777
    @sigmaswag777 หลายเดือนก่อน

    If you had installed the graphics card first and then the CPU cooler, it should have fit with the original GPU cooling.

    • @ChannelGamingTech
      @ChannelGamingTech  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@sigmaswag777 CPU cooler is not the problem. GPU is simply too long for this case. Even with the shroud removed it’s less than 1mm away from touching the front of the case. But I am really happy with the thermals and the performance despite running aftermarket cooling solution for the GPU. Here’s how it performs (temps are amazing)

    Will this PC case fit MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16G GAMING X SLIM WHITE? (307 x 125 x 51 mm)

    • @ChannelGamingTech
      @ChannelGamingTech  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@万能目薬エリクサー Official MAX GPU Length is 305mm for this case. There is a slight chance it might fit without any modifications, but don’t take my word for it. For example my 318mm GPU was just small enough after De-Shrouding it to fit inside this case. I’m not sure if you want to go that route but that’s definitely the way to go if all other options fail :)

    Hi. Will i have clearance problems if my nvme requires heatsink?🤔
    Other parts that will go with my build is 4080super, peerless asasin 120se for cooling & an sfx psu. Thx!

    • @ChannelGamingTech
      @ChannelGamingTech  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@ah-ys8gs Hey, if you are planning on using the same motherboard then you might want to consider an nvme without a heatsink as the motherboard heatsink only fits with nvme’s with no preinstalled heatsink, or your second option would be to just use the nvme with the heatsink it comes with and not install the motherboard heatsink on top. Good luck on the build :)

      dont use the heatsink, the nvme will just do fine even with the m.2 shield so dont worry about it, ssd that need heatsink are gen 5 ssd but gen 3 or gen 4 is not hot and stable with or without heatsink as long its a good nvme
