Did chicken thighs in my Fusion the the other day marinaded in a Carolina style BBQ sauce over night did a thermometer in it and took it to a little over 170 degrees F, did a package of 10-11 thighs in the 3 Fusion silicon loaf pans... pulled them out of the juices when they finished, the juices made a nice chicken noodle soup later... the thighs were butter tender.... the idea of the sauce marinade came from a couple runs with pork loin... also excellent but without thermometer on the first one that was done with some General Tsou sauce...went well with rice and vegies... I my Sport I bake whole eggs, the Go is a bit too small around for regular sized eggs, but both do a fast job on corndogs...4 at a time in the Sport and 2 at a time in the Go.
I don't know, I was sitting on the fence until the liquid smoke came out, then I fell off. Bar-B-Q without a fire is a tough sell with me. I can appreciate the product review but I can tell you it's not for me.
No matter what I do it is still a solar cooker so burning wood is not in the cards. If I can use real wood I do. When I can't I will use liquid smoke but I appreciate and understand your comments.
@@learntobbq Not a lot of sun expected in the Puget Sound area this week, thinking doing the overcast tomorrow, with pork loin on my Lodge cast iron grill that I have a stock of dried apple wood for making coals for cooking with... used to use hazelnut wood, but a blight got most of our nut trees. I spent some time cleaning up my outdoor cooking fireplace... that little grill works good on the fireplace hearth... my camping outside at home space.
Why use a serrated knife it tends to damage your nice board having a good knife is key in a bbq kitchen my I offer a cheap solution make a nice using your grill it’s never been done you’ll get a million views and make sure you promote ! making a knife out of a detempered file useing the grill and once your done forming it retemper with the grill and with some oil you’ll have fun all you need is a hand grinder or a harbor freight bench grinder

Excellent video!
Thank you very much!
Bring that rig to the Memphis in May BBQ Fest & see how you do against charcoal, wood & propane.
going to buy a fushion and have enjoyed watching your videos on the sport! do you know if the fushion cooks as fast as the sport? thank you!😊
It would be really cool if that thing had two trays, so you could add more meat, But the concept is awesome nevertheless. Thanks for sharing
I bought my Sport with the extra tray in the set GoSun offers... very handy...
