If you ever deside to do the Pain remains trilogy, I highly recommend doing all 3 song in one take. There's a storyline throughout the songs you don't want to miss out on, or "ruin" the experience with only listening to one song at the time :) Lorna shore made me fall in love with melodig deathcore all over again!! I can not wait for June to come. They are coming to Norway and I'm going. It's going to be insane! :)
You gotta check out the pain remains trilogy. Use this link, cuz it's all 3 official music videos strung together (the way the song is played in the album) with the lyrics on the screen. It hits harder knowing what's being said 😊
Athena!! 🤘🏻💥🔥🙏🏻💯 Funny thing, I’m subscribed to Will’s TH-cam channel but this is the first time I’ve listened to him with the band. So it’s my first Lorna Shore experience!! You’re awesome and your hair is stunning!!
Of The Abyss and Welcome Back, O' Sleeping Dreamer are my personal favorite Lorna Shore songs. They both have music videos as well. If you want something that's a bit further outside of metal, you could check out Polyphia - Playing God. They are like... Inter-dimensional Elevator Music. Some people really love them, some people really hate them, but there's no denying they are all virtuoso level musicians. Just insane levels of technicality.
@@alejandroortega727 hi! Thanks !! Can you see this video? 😲 It says its blocked but I guess some people can still see it! Anyway sure I will listen to the Trilogy!
Love your reactions!! Really genuine and pure, keep doing that please. ^^ I'm also a DT fan myself, but I love Lorna just as much, but for other reasons I guess haha. Their "Pain Remains" Trilogy is a real piece of art musically and emotionally. I think it is already made into one piece on youtube with subtitles and everything. As far as other bands go I would like to recommend: Shadow of Intent Their vocalist has a unique voice who is almost as good as Will/Alex or imo falls at least in the same category. Instumentals are amazing their guitarist is a genius and produces almost everything himself. "FLying the Black Flag" is their newest song, but they have alot of older music and each album is different. So one song will not portrait the band completely. ;)
Hello Athena! I haven't come across you before and I regret it because you review your opinion and feelings about the song in a very delicate way! It's really nice to hear from you! Warm regards, I'm waiting for more 🌼
Love your reaction and geniune excitement 😊In Deathcore Lorna Shore is my favourite. I would recommend their other songs like Sun//Eater, Cursed To Die and the Pain Remains Trilogy. All of them are from their latest Album Pain Remains. Will Ramos has amazing vocal covers of songs from Sleep Token and Bring Me The Horizon which I also recommend. Speaking of Sleep Token. I also recommend this band. Good luck with your moving and for yourself. You are amazing 🙌✨
@@zashkii hello thank you very much for this comment it means a lot 😁 🙏 I'll do the Trilogy very soon! As well as the other songs (got those recommended a couple of times! Must be great songs aswell!) I had no idea Will made cover of Bring me the Horizon and Sleep Token but I'm very curious I really like those two bands!! Thanks a lot for your words! 🥰🙏
@@AthenaDK Hello Athena, thank you so much for your reply which means a lot too 😊✨ Since we know you already a bit through your amazing journey here it's no surprise that you really like Sleep Token and BMTH 😁 I love that Will does covers of songs he like so much. And I love even more that we can be part of your journey here. You are already my favourite reactor because it is always evident how authentic you are and how sincerely you share your thoughts. It doesn't always take many words when we can see your emotions or enthusiasm in your face and gestures 🤍 Thank you so much for your words 🥰✨
I was about to recommend Disembodied Tyrant to you, but then you said you'd already done it! I love both, glad you do too. For something pretty different, check out a Canadian musical genius by the name of Devin Townsend (if you haven't already), and have your mid blown again.
I love Lorna Shore too, so if you wanna try another band that scratch the same itch check out Zwielitch/Symphony of a dying star from Mental cruelty. Lucas, the vocalist sound similar to will to my ears.
That's a personal opinion not fact. They got more fans now with Will, so the actual peak is after he joined. I don't say Tom was not good. A peak must be when most people listen to them.
Deathcore is a whole genre with quite a bit of variety. Lorna Shore and Slaughter to Prevail are on the catchiest end and good gateway bands, but there is more and heavier/harsher stuff out there.
It's really good but yeah before them I got why people did not like the bands, minus Cattle Decapitation who I say in the GOAT of harsh vocals really good. But Alex and and Will are for sure taking what Travis did and bringing it to a new level and discovering new ways to use his technique and finding new sounds that can be made. Another good one to check out is Cradle of Filth if you have not heard them yet another insane vocalist that same Opera Singer reacted and squashed a myth of him not singing he does just really high when he does C8 which is crazy but zero recognition for it because 80% - 90% is just harsh. Her Ghost In The Fog is their most popular song super catchy you basically have to bounce and head bob to it.
I love how you're not trying away from some of the more extreme stuff Laurna shore and disembodied tyrant are great, very talented bands. However I just came here from your Viking reaction and I couldn't help but feel disappointed when you were reading through the lyrics. Made me feel like you should maybe look at some older cradle of Filth their vocalist Danny filth is probably still my favorite vocalist of all time but mostly because his writing style he writes his songs like Shakespear and shrieks them like a banshee. Song recommendation I guess a good one would be the smoke of her burning. Much love great channel I just subscribed.
Hello thank you very much 😁 🤟🏻 I'll definitely react to Cradle of Filth! ( I only know about on of their most famous songs "Nymphetamine") haha but in my memories I enjoyed it! I'll definitely check it out 😁it's true that lyrics are important aswell, sometimes I don't dig into it because it's also hard to understand in a lot of metal songs because of the way they sing, I usually read the lyrics afterwards, adds a lot more meaning to the song! 😊 Greetings 🤟🏻
@AthenaDK wonderful that you took the read and respond, will be watching your channel in future for sure, I'm sure it preform well beyond your expectations. Not saying you're too small for the channel but I am saying I think you will go to be much bigger.
@AthenaDK othe songs from CoF I would suggest would be: tearing the veil from grace, beneath the howling stars, or Lord abortion (a lot of people are going to say her ghost in the fog but if you do that I wouldn't suggest doing the music video version as the resolve of the story is cut off and it's much shorter). But honestly you don't got to do what I suggest, do what ever what ever you do and have fun with it.
@@someweirdguy5721 thank you very much for your kind words 😁 I honestly started this channel for fun I did not expect so much people watching already so it's really fun, and I enjoy doing videos and listen to music! Thanks also for the recommendation! I'm always happy to discover new songs and talk about it! Since I started I discovered a lot of great bands, including Lorna Shore and Slaughter to Prevail so I'll definitely listen to Cradle of Filth! 😁
Face Yourself-Death Reflection is a deathcore band that was really on the rise last year but took a small break after they toured. Their Instagram is very active lately, so it looks like they are gearing up for another push.
Hello this video is getting blocked for copyright claims 😢 I'm trying one more time! This isn't monotized ! But still taken down by TH-cam 😔
If you cover the music video, that usually does it.
Good to have you back!
And certainly with a bang.
Pain Remains, meet Athena. Athena... meet Pain Remains. Just make sure you do the original music videos. There's a story to follow. Bring tissues

Beautiful resction and it was kind of expected. Your reactions are the best because how genuine they are. You dont fake anything. Keep it up Athena!❤
The vocalist will Ramos does covers and one takes you should definitely check out really shows how impressive he really is
At least one take vocals for this particular song, or Sleep Token cover Chokehold would be worth checking!

HELL YES. WELCOME TO DEATH CORE METAL 😊❤ you gotta check out their song into the earth
Lorna shore - Death portrait is another one that is really good, it is with the previous vocalist "Cj Mccreery" but he has a brutal voice 😅

Hello Athena. I recommend you listen to King of Inmortal Disfigurement and King of Deception by Lorna Shore.
Will Ramos (the lead vocalist) does a one take of this

Will is so good even before he's in lorna shore, but lorna shore have been insanely good way before Will, Tom Barber's era are the peak of lorna
That's a personal opinion not fact. They got more fans now with Will, so the actual peak is after he joined.
I don't say Tom was not good.
