Could you please talk about the exercise after kidney transplant? Am I allowed to go to GYM and lift carry things? It's 10 years i've transplanted and no one can answer for this question. Thanks in advance.

After surgery, don't lift more than 10 pounds, but I don't know how long that rule lasts. The surgeon is best person to ask. Exercise mid-section moderately, no crunches.
