But I wouldn't have guessed that 32 years later we'd still be together or that Slowdive would be releasing their finest song to date. Both those things are happily true. This song is wonderful.
The child and teenager in me will always be alive, thanks to beautiful artists and songs like this. Time goes by fast, but deep inside we’re still the same young person waiting to feel that first excitement again. Never lose the ability to connect with your young self who is exploring, discovering and trying to figure out life.

For me this track is most reminiscent of pre-reunion Slowdive. It’s as if they didn’t age at all, they just continued where they left off. Beautiful track.
