How I calculated the score?
First I came up with median number by dividing win/loss. Then gave points from 1 to 15 by sorting from worst to the best.
Article mention points worked similar, from 1 to 15 from least to most mentioned fighter.
I added all points.
I also added bias points from 1 to 5 to top 5 fighters of the list which helped reorganising top fighters better based on what I read and watched.

Amazing, most people would barely fought 10 fights in their lifetimes and muay thai dudes be having hundreds of them.
it's kinda sad cuz that's their way of living .. that's why they fight so much and of course the more wins the more money and these are the top earners i suppose

I’ve been training muay thai for 7 years and I’m not even close to these guys holy moly maybe I’m still young idk
How old are you rn? That could have an impact on it. But yes these guys were raised from birth to fight or die poor (in rough areas where betting on young talents was just about the only sufficient way to make money), so they probably fight much harder and better than those who don’t have to fight for their livelihood.

The problem with Muay Thai in Thailand, is that a great many of the bouts, especially the big ones, are fixed. A lot of the times, the fighters do not even know. It is the judges that decide who wins, and blatantly, many times, they give the win to the obvious loosing fighter. But this is Thailand, and the fighters HAVE to quietly accept the decisions.

Ramon fought 42 times against Thai fighters and his true record was 11 wins , 29 losses , 1 draw and 1 no-contest .
And out of the 11 times that he won there's only 3 Thai fighters that can be considered prime elite Thai fighters or top tier fighters : Coban Lookchaomaesaitong ( during the second fight ) , Superlek Sorn Esarn ( during the first fight ) and Cherry Sor Wanich ( during the first fight ) .
The other 8 Thai fighters were either old , past their prime or not elite ( below elite level ) .
Here is the 8 other Thai fighters that Dekkers beat who aren't top level : Anakhoun Suwanee , Mungkordun Sitchang , Lom-Isarn Sor Thanikhul , Decharwin , Nattawhut Pralomran , James Bond , Pursan and Wattana Sit Or.

Ramon Dekkers was also ridiculously bigger than most of his Thai opponents for example Dekkers fought 3 times against Superlek Sorn Esarn but Superlek during the first two fights was a natural 118-122 pounds fighters ( Junior Featherweight ) but against Dekkers they made Superlek go all the way up to 135 pounds while Ramon Dekkers weighed at 138 pounds which was at the time his natural/best weigh ( Junior Welterweight ).
Meaning Superlek went up 3 whole weighclass : Featherweight ( 122-126 lbs ) , Junior Lightweight ( 126-130 lbs ) and Lightweight ( 130-135 lbs ) in order to fight Dekkers at Junior Welterweight ( 135-140 lbs ) that's why Superlek weighed at 135 lbs and Dekkers at 138 lbs ( within the Junior Welterweight limit ).
Dekkers at 138 pounds at the time was at his natural/best weight and yet he is 1-1 against Superlek who went up or was bloated up 13 lbs to 17 lbs past his natural best weighclass of 118-122 pounds ( Junior Featherweight ) and still Dekkers weighed 3 pounds more than him for this fight : 138 lbs Dekkers against 135 lbs Superlek despite Superlek not having any business fighting at 135 lbs ( he was a top tier Nak Muay at 118-122 pounds not at 135-140 pounds ) and yet in the second fight he beat up Dekkers for 80% of the fight and in round 2/3/4/5 it wasn't even close.
Dekkers have those kind of weights advantages against nearly all of his Thai opponents.
Superlek was naturally 5,8 to 7,7 KG ( 13 to 17 lbs ) smaller than Dekkers and yet Superlek beat him up despite Dekkers being 1,3 KG ( 3 lbs ) bigger than him at the weigh-in ( 138 lbs vs 135 lbs ).
Imagine you terribly losing to a natural 118-122 pounders who bloated all the way up to 135 pounds while you're a natural 138 pounders and then have Westerners saying you are the greatest ? LMAO !
Ramon Dekkers at 138 pounds was naturally 16 pounds to 20 pounds bigger than the 118-122 pounders Superlek Sorn Esarn who bloated up 3 whole weighclass to get to 135 pounds and yet it is the naturally 138 pounders Dekkers who badly lost this fight managing only to win round 1 while clearly/easily losing the other 4 rounds.
I have the sneaking suspicion you're quite into this stuff.

This list is wrong: pudpadnoi not being in the first 3 places, Sagat being lower than buakaw, saenchai being higher than dieselnoi and you didn't even mention the best of them all, the real muay Thai goat, vicharnnoi porntawee "the immortal fighter". (and dieselnoi have less than 10 loses). A lot of the real muay thai best don't even get mentionned here.

Buakaw said that he wants to spread Muay Thai outside of Thailand that's why he was fighting foreigners fighters n didn't compete in Thailand, many people speculated that Buakaw doesn't fight Thai champion n fight foreigners thats why he once fought in Thailand with a Muay Thai legend John Port Adisan n won but did not fight again in Thailand 🇹🇭
