      Save them in your game project - images - tilesets, and then in rpg maker Mv you can go to tilesets and find them there to create one

    So the dollar sign prefix in MV is denoting that it's an incomplete sheet? As in, the dimensions are not 768 x 768?

      @@FlowPoly does Aespirte has an upscale feature. I tried normal transform and the edges were jaggy and destroyed some pixel lines.

    I have a spritesheet that I want to use, but when I open it in Aseprite and establish my Grid, the sprites are all 'disjointed.' Some sprites that could fit into one 48x48 box are in the middle and occupy 4 48x48 boxes.
    I tried simply moving the X and Y coordinates of the origin of the grid, but the sprites are seemingly randomly placed all over the sheet. Other than manually moving them, is there a simple solution to getting everything to fit nicely and neatly?
    Also, if I do have to move them manually, would anyone know any tips or tricks? I tried using "Snap to Grid" so that I could quickly make a selection and move it without having to be particularly accurate with my mouse, but it doesn't seem to work.

    • @AstriaTVTruthExposed
      @AstriaTVTruthExposed 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Use the marquee tool or whatever it's called and highlight each section of the tile set and you can size it to fit inside the 48x48 grid

    • @AstriaTVTruthExposed
      @AstriaTVTruthExposed 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The first tool in the toolbar on the right. Select the square and put the first 48x48 tile inside the square tool and click control c for copy.
      Open another tab in aseprite set size to 768x768. Go to view tab at the top of the screen scroll to grid > grid settings. Set the grid to 48x48. Now to to View tab again scroll to show, click show and click Grid to enable grid view.
      Now press control V to paste that first 48x48 object into the new aseprite tab. Use the video as a reference for what a 48x48 block is. Say in your tileset the first thing you select with the square tool and copied was a couch.
      You paste the couch and move it to the first 48x48 grid spot and repeat over and over until you rearranged the sprite sheet.
      And boom problem solved

    its seems every "pixel" on your sheet is 3x3 pixels how do i do that?

    • @FlowPoly
      @FlowPoly  ปีที่แล้ว

      The 3x3 is the pattern of the background that you find in transparency like a png. It’s been a while since I have seen this video but I do mention that as well as what the 3x3 means in terms of pixel size

    • @kinteyoi
      @kinteyoi ปีที่แล้ว

      @@FlowPoly sorry let me rephrase, your bed frame is a sprite, but one "pixel" on that sprite is made of 9 pixels in a 3x3 square, is there a shortcut you used to do that?

    • @FlowPoly
      @FlowPoly  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ah my bad. So you can use ctrl and scroll wheel to increase the size of the brush but for me I can only get 2x2 and then I just fill in the extra to make it 3x3. However I haven’t checked in a long time. It’s possible that there may be a setting in the menus to change it. Hope this helps
