Good video there Scott. I’m just starting to tender for Schools so this video has been helpful. Have also watched Cut Crew struggling with their robot, seems like a good idea but is it really worth the money when all is said & done. Any suggestions for videos/resources for the initial line marking?
Thanks Scott. I would suggest either doing a course or going along to a local sports club and ask if you could help out with the marking. They would probably show you how to set out in return for helping out.
And the UTV line markers lol I use to work for a firm that had a Kawasaki utility vehicle with a line-marking machine attached. Epic!
Sounds like a good piece of kit David.
Nice video, be interesting to see one on how the market out, plus a Timelapse of you doing it.
It’s in my list to do mate.
Great video mate .
Took your experience on board as always
Thanks mate.
Fantastic information
Thanks for tuning in Ryan.
Thanks for the shout out mate!

Hi Scott ever thought of buying a small arb truck 4x4 for the winter pruning
Hi Tom, 95% of jobs we can get the van or chipper near so I couldn’t justify purchasing one but they are handy bits of kit.
Just out of interest Scott, I understand all scenarios are different, but what would you be looking at pricewise for a new setup/overmarking?
From the videos I've seen, the Robots look like more trouble than there worth, classic looks great on paper.
You’re right there Dave.
Hi Scott I have a line marker just like the one in the thumb nail, I never had no use for it so I sold it a while back, but late but happy new year 🙂👍
They are good tools to have mate if you have work for them. Happy new year to you too.
What kind of mower do you use for cutting the pitches on public land? Do you need something specific?
Alright mate not sure if you saw we done a demo for cut crew with our trike and he brought one can mark full size pitch in about 6-7 mins
Yes I saw that mate. They look like a good machine not for me though as the small amount of pitches we do it wouldn’t be cost effective.
Hi mate i use a rigby Taylor spray machine and the markings last 2 weeks
Hi Dan, we get 2 weeks in winter as the grass is short but in summer when it’s growing fast sometimes every week we have to mark it.
Hi mate line marking dirty job I have found some whiteing 2 be corrosive very wet in s w
It gets everywhere mate and the weather is tough at the moment.
