Germinating some famous Ginkgo seeds

Picked up a bunch of foul-smelling seeds from an infamous population of Ginkgo biloba (Susquehanna University campus), processed them, and planted them up.

I gathered several seeds from the ground under a 100 year old ginkgo tree and buried them in some moist soil outdoors and the next spring they all sprouted. I’ve given some to my children and am training one as a bonsai.
