Hi, what sound are you referring to? Perhaps you can check to see if it'll really switch off automatically after 2 hours. If it does, it means the timer is working... Even though there's no beep sound..

Hi, firstly check that the batteries are placed correctly... When u press "on", the machine should switch on... Unfortunately there's no light to show that the remote is working =(
You can use your phone camera to see if the remote led is blinking when the button pressed. My remote seems to have a problem. I can only press the "red light" button Can't press "spin" button The rest also blinking but when i point at the projector and checked with my camera again, it blinked but with a dimmed light. Seems like it's getting weeker. Before this, all i had to do is to wait 20mins untill it got back to normal. Usually remote got jammed, and had to do the "press and hold every button for 5 seconds with no battery inside" method but this won't work anymore. Now i have no idea how to make it work again. Because of remote, the whole thing won't work. What a waste😔 Regret for buying the cheap one, should get the one that can be controlled by smartphone

Hi, it's a Bluetooth speaker. So it connects to your phone via Bluetooth and you can play music from your phone through these speakers. You can also insert a flash drive with music files saved and the speakers will play the sound files.

Hi, I'm sorry that your projector is broken... The brightness button is a black button (with a sun 🌞 symbol).. you can try pressing that... And the red button that says LED is to on/off the projector. Hope it'll work.. 🤞🏻

Hi, yes, the crossed out H button is supposed to cancel the timer function. So by right, the lamp should continue to stay on until you turn it off. Perhaps you can try the 1H and 2H timer and see if they work first? After that you unplug the machine and hook it up again, or take out the batteries from the remote and put them back in... Switch it on and don't press any timer buttons at all.. see if it'll stay on for the whole night? 🤞🏻

Hello. I just bought this thing. When the volume is max and i am listening to something which has a lot of beats the music stops syncing and displays only blue light. Again when i lower the volume it starts syncing again. Does this happen with yours one?
@@SunnySideUpLiving can you try it please. you can max the volume by holding the volume button for some second behind i just bought it so i am not sure if i got a faulty product or not. try maxing the volume and using a song which has a lot of beats. i tried it with stronger- the score ( music)

Unfortunately, the green laser cannot be dimmed. The speed also cannot be adjusted. The green laser only has 3 modes (static on, blinking on, off). I wish the laser is dimmable too, or speed can be adjusted! That'll be perfect!

Timer is for auto-off function. It can turn off automatically after 1 hour or 2 hour (only these 2 options)

how do you set a sleep timer with the remote??
There are only 2 options.. press the "1 hour" button or the "2 hour" button.. you should hear a loud beeping sound after the timer is set..

Hiii, what to do if two colors aren't combining? I press red one time and then blue, but it doesn't combine. It just changes the colour from red to blue even tho instructions said it should mix
Hi... I'm sorry to hear that the colours are not mixing! Did you try pressing "fade1" or "fade2" or using the music sync function to see if colourful lights are possible? If not... Then it sounds like your unit could be faulty.. perhaps can ask for exchange or refund..

Unfortunately, the green laser cannot be dimmed. The speed also cannot be adjusted. The green laser only has 3 modes (static on, blinking on, off). I wish the laser is dimmable too, or speed can be adjusted! That'll be perfect!
