  • TODAY I'M WEIGHT TRAINING TO LOSE WEIGHT. I USED A 10 POUND SET OF DUMB BELLS, BUT I THINK I WILL UPGRADED TO A 15 POUNDER. THE 10 LBS WAS PRETTY LIGHT TO ME.

    Keep getting it! I'm not a fitness guru by any means, but do you ever try cardio. That should also help with your bp. Don't lose site of 150. And whatever u do don't get complacent. If it's easy, find something else to challenge your self more. Good for you!!
