HYBE can be problematic, in fact, it is but you don''t go around dropping ultimatum like this against your employer. Now if they end their contract, who is gonna this 450 million dollars on their behalf? There is no going back from this mess
It’s terrible that they are held in a chokehold by their contract with HYBE. That is A LOT of money to be on the hook for. I hope this doesn’t drag on bc the longer it does, the more difficult it will be for NewJeans to put out new music and their careers could really suffer 😢
NJ's contract is with ADOR! They signed the contract when Min Hee Jin was the CEO of ADOR. The contract was designed, approved and given to NJ by MHJ. According to MHJ, Ador operates independently of HYBE. MHJ told Media that she did many things WITHOUT the knowledge of Hybe (even though Hybe hold 80% shares of ADOR). Please understand these different business entities.
@@user28221 🤣 they are source music trainees and already in hybe even before ADOR, with their 80% ownership, their contract is still with Hybe not just ador and mhj is just an employee. That is why HYBE have the absolute power to change or control ADOR how ever they like.
