I use an egg mask to my hair weekly and massage my scalp thrice weekly with liittleextra coocoonion hair oil. Then, I wash it off with cocoonion shampoo, and I stick to this routine consistently. I'm happy to say that my hair fall has completely stopped.
Liitllextra coconniion oil is both lightweight and non-greasy, making it perfect for the summer heat. It absorbs quickly into the scalp and doesn’t leave any residue. The natural ingredients provide a soothing effect and have helped in reducing my hair fall and scalp dryness significantly. In conclusion, this Hair Oil is a fantastic product that delivers on its promises. It offers great nourishment and protection for hair in the summer. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a natural, effective solution for summer hair care.

I never wash my hair without oiling and its just a habit that my mom inbuilt in me since i was born because without oiling it makes my hair more worse like too dry and frizzy… and then i double cleanse … if i don’t have time i just put the oil and just wash without leaving it for few hours atleast it prevents it from being rough

I'm done though because I want my natural hair back. I'm a natural dirty/honey blonde. I miss my long healthy hair. I recommend the SAD method or Search and Destroy :) take some time and look through your hair and only trim the split ends off, it takes extra time but keeps the split ends away and widens the gap of time needed for a “maintenance trim” which you should get at least every six months to a year anyways
@@rkay4998if you are gonna do this, remember to use proper hair cutting scissors. Scissors need to be very sharp, or you just end up doing more damage.
Honestly you should just trim them. You wont be able to "cure" thise splot ends, and if your ends split it means your lower part of the hair has been dry and damaged for a while. Its easier to just give it a trim. The best way to get rid if split ends is preventing them in the first place. A yearly couple of cm trim is usually enough for people who thorougly take care of their end

Hi my hair is low porosity and heavy hair fall...can i use jojoba, almond, argan, avacado, grapeseed oil mixing by equal quantity...is good for hair..can u please clarify
The ends of your hair is lighter than the rest of your hair because of heat damage, overtime the sun can also slightly lighten you hair. Because your hair grows from your scalp, the ends of your hair a the oldest, that’s why getting regular trims are also important ( not to much around every 2-4 months ) What you can do is not use anything that can cause heat damage and get trims often
I don't understand if I'm doing stuff correctly or not. I massage my hair for 20 minutes with a scalp massager and i think that's good, but i don't understand if i put too much oil, i use a mask with a spoon of coconut oil, a spoon of ricin oil and 5 drops of rosmery oil. Could it be too much?
I dont agree with the too much oil, sorry, growing up I used to have a lot in my hair and wrap it up in a scarf or something to take out any excess, I dont find that shampooing dries it out more bcs that depends on the type of shampoo you use.
Maybe try changing the oil because everyone have different scalp textures …. Don’t keep it for too long like don’t put it overnight … and the hair follicle becomes soft after oiling so try avoiding thing that can pull your hair laike combing and detangling too much … when you massage the oil try not to put too much friction so that haur doesn’t tangle and break … avoid combing wet hair -you can softly do it a little bit .. without pulling … because when it dry it becomes difficult to detangle
Avoid harmful chemicals like silicon sulphates , etc Changing oil i mean by carrier oil because of the consistency without replacing the hero oils In my case i don’t even use conditioner for the sake of chemicals and silicones … i oil cleanse and either i make a natural mask thats works as conditioner or few drops of light weight oil to tame frizz
I'm indian and getting your hair massaged weekly is like a tradition that gets passed down. My mumma usually sits down to massage my hair weekly with coconut oil for a whole 20-30 minutes. If I have my daadima (granny) over she does it for a good 40 minute lol. I can't believe there's people that just leave it at 30 seconds😭 that's definitely not doing you ANY good and you might as well not do it then.
I have a question on my mind that whether i should let oil be on my head for the week or apply it the night before hairwash(im indian so my mum wont let me keep my hairs without oil as she thinks it might ruin them) 😭
How many days should I have inbetween another scalp oiling? Is it okay if I do it every Friday and Sunday, or would it be better every Wednesday and Sunday? Because during the week it's hard for me to do it and better on the weekend.
No it does not, i think it works as an oil cleanser for scalp before you shampoo and cleans your scalp better...i had a lot of dandruff, buildup dandruff and scalp massaging has helped tremendously...
@@lettissha Not exactly. Those oils actually feed the fungus called Malassezia (Pityrosporum) folliculitis. When there is an overgrowth of this fungus, it causes itching, inflammation and shredding of skin cells which gives the appearance of dandruff. Even if it is just general dryness, oil is unlikely to solve the problem. A better way to soothe scalp dryness would be to use NMF, amino acids, ceramides etc. instead of oil.
I was so silly that i wasted my 12 years of childhood on doing the same mistake...... I used to oil and wash my hair every two days at a week. Like after one hour of oiling i wash my hair with shampoo and i did the same thing on Saturday and Friday 😢 now i am wondering if it was bad for my hair.
My scalp is too oily after the next day of washing it gets gresy but hair length is dry. .. could you suggest me anything.. I use mild shampoo made for oily skin.. not over shampoo or oil. Still I face this issue
just growth and maybe conditioning if you are consistent but overall your genes are what determine your hair texture and that cannot be changed permanently so learn to embrace it
I domt really agree with the last one. Washing your hair every 4 days is suuuuper beneficial for MY hair type so I can’t do it twice a week cause most of the time I only wash it once a week and if I oil my hair if I’m not washing it that day then my hair is gonna look super greasy and keeping it in your hair for too long is really bad for it so if k just keep the oil in waiting for hair wash day my hair will become greasy and dry after washing so yeah .
Brooooo ....every influencer tell different things ?!?!?! Srslllyyyy believe me you are doing great ...it's not like that if u put too much oil or little oil...atleast you are putting it right!!........as an Indian I tell just oil your scalp 2-3 times a week that's it!
yes it just happened to me right now, i applied too much olive oil today, and had to use more shampoo, i used shampoo twice, and it ended up being dry, my end dry, i messed it up u_u tomorrow i will try to do it correctly

Avoid harmful chemicals like silicon sulphates , etc
Changing oil i mean by carrier oil because of the consistency without replacing the hero oils
In my case i don’t even use conditioner for the sake of chemicals and silicones … i oil cleanse and either i make a natural mask thats works as conditioner or few drops of light weight oil to tame frizz
I’ve just started using conditioner for my frizzy ends😂 hope it don’t cause hair loss
I wrote about this in my book on Amazon Kindle called How I grew my hair long by Grace Parker
are you using olive oil or rosmary?
The most important point is, oil the strands, NOT the scalp. Oil in the scalp will aggravate dandruff, with the exception of rosemary oil.
No it does not, i think it works as an oil cleanser for scalp before you shampoo and cleans your scalp better...i had a lot of dandruff, buildup dandruff and scalp massaging has helped tremendously...
dandruff is usually caused by a dry scalp and oils are hydrating and moisturising and can help the scalp
Oiling the scalp is like a food to the hair roots… just don’t leave it for too long … and also oil the strands to avoid drying
@@s.r301wtf, Indians have been oiling their hair and body for more than centuries and they have the best hair.
After oiling we should wash our hair or not?
Yes you should wash … you should oil your hair before washing and keep the oil for few hours
Mam I like your hairstyle....plz tell me name of the haircut🥰🥰
You have a very beautiful hair 😍😍
Can i use conditioner daily?
Can we boil onion in argan oil and apply on low porosity hairs
Depending on if your hair dries out or not is different for different hair textures
Your hairs are beautiful asf
My scalp is too oily after the next day of washing it gets gresy but hair length is dry. .. could you suggest me anything.. I use mild shampoo made for oily skin.. not over shampoo or oil. Still I face this issue
I totally understand the way you feel...
Aesthetic tips❤
How much time we should keep our hair oiled?
U can improve ur hair texture by hair care. But u cant control genetics nd get voluminous hair
U will just restore ur lost hairs.
Which oil u use plz mention
What hair oil do you use? Thank you! 🙏
Does this improve the texture of your hair? My hair is naturally course and I just want it to be softer or does it just make you grow more hair?
just growth and maybe conditioning if you are consistent but overall your genes are what determine your hair texture and that cannot be changed permanently so learn to embrace it
Daily hair oiling is good or bad?
Bad
bad, you should only do it around 2x a week like she said in the cideot

Can any one suggest me good hair oil. I am confused not sure from which hair oil I need to start my hair growth journey
What is the name of the oil?
how long do you let the oil set before washing it out?
You have beautiful hair❤️😍
Is hair oiling is good for oil scalp?
Do u have to wash ur hair after putting oil?
Leave overnight and wash next morning. However many people in South Asia leave it until next hair wash. Depends on your personal preference
Yes wash after 2-3 hours max... Don't leave it overnight... I used to do it until i got to know I'm not supposed to and lost alot of hair
You have thick hair not matter what serums you use they are already thick and full
You look awesome ❤
can I use amla oil on brows & lashes?
Brooooo ....every influencer tell different things ?!?!?! Srslllyyyy believe me you are doing great ...it's not like that if u put too much oil or little oil...atleast you are putting it right!!........as an Indian I tell just oil your scalp 2-3 times a week that's it!
How often a week do you oil your hair?
Did you do keratin treatment
But what if I wash my hair only once or twice a week?
yes it just happened to me right now, i applied too much olive oil today, and had to use more shampoo, i used shampoo twice, and it ended up being dry, my end dry, i messed it up u_u tomorrow i will try to do it correctly
