    I CANT UNDERSTAND HOW AND WHY THIS GUY DOESNT HAVE A MILLION SUBSCRIBERS ALREADY!!! EVERYONE that watch TH-cam, subscribed to creator's bcuz of the content they see... how in the hell can you NOT push the subscribe button halfway through his video. THIS GUYS FOOD ALWAYS LOOKS AMAZING!!! And you can SEE that his food is SOOO flavorful! I'm in love with his page already. AND with his skills you can see that he is a trained chef aswell. Keep up the GREAT work, Chef, YOU ARE AMAZING!!! LIFETIME DUBSCRIBER HERE, TFS!

    What is the difference between this sauce picante, and fish or shrimp creole? They all seem to be chicken stewed in a tomato based sauce.

      Court bouillon/ Coubion and Creole use seafood. Sauce piquant contains meat but is also darker from more roux
