Do you even know what duality means? It means "hidden unity". For instance, you might thinks points and lines are different things but they are in fact THE SAME THING. Points can be turned into lines, lines turned into points and the essential truths about perspective drawing (Projective geometry) remain unchanged. Many such examples of duality abound. "Hidden" is in the eye of the beholder. What is hidden to one isn't to another.

The chitta is a state of mind where you find yourself one with the universe. You feel whole complete and know everyone is an aspect of you. In other words everyone is a fellow human who you shall see with the eyes of compassion because they are you, your brothers and sisters in blood, flesh and emotions. When we reach this state we no longer differentiate but see everyone as perfect, complete and unique as unique as the leaves of the same tree, which often transmute to parch to hold different, shapes, uniqueness or change in the chlorophyll pigmentation as they are drying. But that leaf is as dear to the tree as each leaf of every season is. Such is every creation unique and precious to God. Everyone is exactly where they need to be. However the informations to seek deep, explore more beyond the societal constraints takes us on a deeper voyage within where we start to feel the sense of oneness, genuine compassion for one another because we are all one. We feel the pulchritude of oneness, we feel everything and yet nothing but just like a stardust, while you realise you are way beyond your identity but at the end of the day it's about what you love to do, when you do that, you feel complete, you feel whole and it's beyond the fear of survival you relinquish in this act and it comes from trust, from faith and knowing but universe is God, universe is the ultimate creator, Our Father, Our Mother and it's in the love we feel within we converse with the universe because that's the language it speaks that of unconditional love light truth. We at certain point realise it doesn't matter how much we earn, what we do but we are happy, we feel love and everything will fall in place. I walked into this path because I wanted to know deeply about the cosmos because I was that weird girl in the class who was easily bulllied. I felt there must've been something wrong in me that I attracted disrespect. It triggered me at the age of 4,at25 even though I can relate, I feel I still know nothing and seeking knowledge of the infinite potential of the universe is never ending. It just goes on and on. But what we are truly seeking is a way to sing the song of gratitude for all that is is but she reflection of the divine. All that's is but the creation of the Lord. We are mere travelers in the dance of life but when we find the rhythm, the beauty of the universe is provoking and desirable that it transmute you but to a lover and all we do is love the universe, it's through our creations we love all that's and it's through the very essence of our wholeness in the love we feel from the creation we find a reason to live, to co create with all the very best of our potential in but the love for the Lord for whom but we all are, breathing feeling and experiencing.

Only two things I would add. (Yes, I have skin on my face).
1) The nation: We are tribe oriented. Tribes disappeared and nations are providing us with a tribe. How? ..., With celebrities. Since childhood we learn ancient celebrities and the living ones. We believe, it is our tribe. Them and I. They wouldn't even want to learn my name! ... what a joke!
2) This is heavy stuff, for I challenge Orient enlightenment, the way they challenge science and religion.
So, all Orient spirituality sound like this, missing a major point. And it is completely changing the whole game. They don't acknowledge "common sense" as such. They don't know that it is far beyond intelligence. They don't know how would it be possible, so they rule it out.
... I give a clue: When self driving cars will be every day issue and all connected in a network, you will see that after many deaths, they will be equipped with a "black box". In the sense that it is not destructable, simple, not effected by any computer virus or cosmic rays, and it will over look basic movements in the traffic. If it finds foul, it will give strong alarm signal to the system and if no change happens, it will have the authority to overdrive the (super intelligent) system and safely park the car down.... Watch my word!

No amount of speaking about it will make people get there.
It has to be felt and as Sadhguru mentions, the focus has to be shifted inwardly instead of outwardly.
You have no idea what you are talking about. The point of the video is that even though some truth can be understood logically, logic can also get in the way of understanding other truths due to the limitations of the perspectives from which we are making the deduction through which we arrive at a conclusion.
