I wanted to point this out at the start of the video, but it's not good to put weights on your ankles when running/walking. Your knee isn't made to have weight below it, it can't properly support it. Please be careful with these things, this is a really common mistake and cam lead to knee injury. Edit: since this is getting some attention, I wanted to add that ankle weights can be safely used to increase intensity in exercises like the front and back lever, for example. It's all about how you make use of it.

@@nicolas48210 people can walk around at body weights of 200 kg for years and squat and deadlift above 400 kg for elite athletes. 10 kg for one day is nothing. The body could easily and adapt to that weight. You could argue a lot of physical work isn't healthy. The body can handle it no problem

I have been working out for almost 2 years now. I do bodyweight training usually(I follow applications like that of leap fitness or workouts I find on TH-cam). I could do around max. 30-35 pushups when I started off. I went up to a max of 65-66 reps in a few months. But then I started regressing. Now I can only do 40-45 maximum. The same applies to other exercises. Can you guys suggest what might be the reason for this, or just leave a link in the reply section to fitness TH-camrs like Browney if they have spoken about this. (I have a diet of around 1800-2300 calories mostly and I workout at least 5-6 times a week.)
I’m not a fitness expert so take my advice with a grain of salt. When you have more muscle your body metabolizes calories a lot quicker. I’m a 14 year old and probably eat around 2000-2300 calories per day. Assuming you’re older than me you should eat more but make sure what you’re eating is healthy foods.

Your sister was overweight recently and your brother has recently gained the weight. Please make a video with them, like a QnA or interview/podcast form where you explore why they have had these kinds of results and you have different ones, why your brother gained weight even when he has improved due to your challenge and support (and still has you around)? Like... look into why all of you are the way you are, how all of you think and what could be done about it. It's really important to me because I know that my health and fitness would be in a significantly better place than it is right now, but I have no real desire to do all the things. I know 1000's of ways to improve, but I often forget them, don't care about them enough and he environment is not suited for that. If I can't do it myself, I can't rely on others and for some reason, I don't care that much. I know the benefits, but yet I am where I am.
